DUAL PUMP VFD CONTROLLED MOTOR ELECTRIC FRACTURING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a method and system for providing on-site electrical power to a fracturing operation, and an electrically powered fracturing system. Natural gas can be used to drive a turbine generator in the production of electrical power. A scalable, electrically powered fracturing fleet is provided to pump fluids for the fracturing operation, obviating the need for a constant supply of diesel fuel to the site and reducing the site footprint and infrastructure required for the fracturing operation, when compared with conventional systems.
Device for providing bone cement
One aspect relates to a device for providing a bone cement from two starting components, having a hollow cylinder-shaped first container, in which a monomer liquid as first starting component can be stored, a hollow cylinder-shaped second container comprising a container wall, a first internal space, and a second internal space, whereby a bone cement powder as second starting component can be stored in the first internal space, and whereby the monomer liquid can be conveyed into the second internal space, a fluid-conducting conveying means arranged between the first internal space and the second internal space, whereby the first container and the second container are axially connected to each other.
MULTIPLE GENERATOR MOBILE ELECTRIC POWERED FRACTURING SYSTEM
The present invention provides a method and system for providing on-site electrical power to a fracturing operation, and an electrically powered fracturing system. Natural gas can be used to drive a turbine generator in the production of electrical power. A scalable, electrically powered fracturing fleet is provided to pump fluids for the fracturing operation, obviating the need for a constant supply of diesel fuel to the site and reducing the site footprint and infrastructure required for the fracturing operation, when compared with conventional systems.
Secure portable, on-demand, microfluidic mixing and dispensing device
A dispensing device, comprising a plurality of microfluidic pumps, microfluidic valves, and a microfluidic mixer chip, for receiving and mixing microfluidic amounts of a plurality of fluids having differing viscosities, is disclosed. The device includes a plurality of pathways for moving fluids from associated reservoirs to the microfluidic mixer chip. A mix controller controls the microfluidic pumps and valves so that the fluids, having different viscosities, can be accurately mixed at specified microfluidic amounts or volumes according to a specified microfluidic recipe, and the microfluidic mixture dispensed from the device. The device can be in communication with a software application implemented on a mobile compute device, such as a smartphone, and receive instructions for implementing the specified microfluidic recipe from the software application such that the operation of device components is at the direction of the software application executed on the mobile compute device.
Mobile, modular, electrically powered system for use in fracturing underground formations using liquid petroleum gas
The treatment fluid can comprise a water-based fracturing fluid or a waterless liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fracturing fluid.
Device for transferring liquid, semiliquid or powdered products and system for mixing the products
A device for transferring liquid, semiliquid or powdered basic products including: a main body designed to form a plurality of transfer channels defining respective conveying paths which are at least partly separate from one another, each including a respective inlet for a basic product, said main body including an outlet shared by said transfer channels.
Devices and systems for water treatment
The invention is an apparatus for preparing a chemical solution. A device of the present invention includes a housing including a lower chamber and an upper chamber and a dissolving bowl arranged at an interface of the lower chamber and upper chamber. The dissolving bowl includes a grid disposed within. Solid, undissolved chemical material rests on a top surface of the grid, such that the grid is able to maintain physical separation of the solid, undissolved chemical material from at least a bottom portion of the dissolving bowl. The device further includes a nozzle disposed within the dissolving bowl and positioned so as to direct flow of aqueous fluid into the dissolving bowl and towards the grid. The dissolving bowl further includes an outlet in fluid communication with the lower chamber to thereby allow for a prepared chemical solution to flow from the dissolving bowl into the lower chamber.
Medicament Preparation Devices, Methods, and Systems
A system for preparing a medicament for use by a medicament user includes a proportioning machine with a controller and pumping and clamping actuators to engage a fluid circuit having pumping and clamping portions that engage with respective actuators of the proportioning machine. The fluid circuit includes a mixing container that is initially empty and later filled with two different concentrated medicaments from different concentrate containers and with purified water. The proportioning machine is configured to receive purified water and to mix it with the concentrated medicaments to produce a medicament and to output the medicament to a medicament consumer in such a way that to the medicament consumer the medicament appears to be provided from a bag of medicament. Custom mini batches of medicament may be produced by varying the amount of the concentrates and water.
The circuit may include one or more pre-connected fluid quality sensors, such as conductivity sensors, in fluid communication with the mixing container. The proportioning machine is configured to receive purified water and to mix it with the concentrated medicaments to produce a medicament and to output the medicament to a medicament consumer. Little or no mixed fluid is lost during conductivity testing and custom mini batches of medicament may be produced by varying the amount of the concentrates and water.
Premixing Apparatus
A premixing apparatus has a butterfly valve provided in an air supply passage, a zero governor and a variable throttle valve interposed in a gas supply passage. A control is performed to switch a combustion capacity between at least two stages of a large-capacity stage and a small-capacity stage through change in opening degrees of the butterfly valve and the variable throttle valve. At the small-capacity time, in case the opening degree of the variable throttle valve, when regulated so that the λ becomes a predetermined value, has been changed more to the small-opening-degree side than the predetermined small-capacity opening degree, in a state in which the opening degree of the variable throttle valve has been returned to the predetermined small-capacity opening degree, the opening degree of the butterfly valve is regulated such that the λ becomes the predetermined value, and the small-capacity opening degree of the butterfly valve is renewed to the predetermined value when the λ becomes the predetermined value.
