Food processor and food processing method
A food processor combines steaming of food on a support, and blending. The support is rotated about the same shaft as the blender blade, to release the food on the support centrifugally so that it drops to the blender blade. This enables an automated process with optimized steaming and blending.
Blender with integral food residue scraper
A blender adapted to reduce food pieces and produce a blended food mixture, comprising a blending container for holding the food pieces, a pedestal having a motorized blade for reducing the food pieces, and a food scraping assembly positioned within the blending container. The food scraping assembly has a scraping ring adapted to dislodge unblended food particles adhering to an inner surface of the blending container, a rod adapted to alternatively raise and lower the scraping ring within the blending container, and an air pocket puncturing projection adapted to collapse a cavitation air bubble which surrounds the blade and interferes with the production of the blended food mixture.
FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR OPERATING FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS
A method for operating a food processing apparatus is provided. The food processing apparatus includes a reaction vessel that has a space that accumulates a liquid reactant used for a food product; a catalytic reactor that includes a reaction tube and a light source; and an introducing tube for introducing the reactant into the reaction vessel. The reaction tube has an outer surface where a photocatalyst is provided. The reaction tube transmits light. The light source generates heat at a time of light emission in which the light source emits light from an inner side of the reaction tube. The method for operating the food processing apparatus includes introducing the reactant into the reaction vessel from the introducing tube. In the introducing, the reactant is introduced up to a position at which a liquid surface of the reactant is positioned higher than an opening portion of the introducing tube.
EMULSIFICATION SYSTEM
An emulsion system is provided. The system includes a shaft that supports a plurality of cutting assemblies and plates in alternating order, wherein the cutting assembly rotates with respect to an in close proximity to the plate. The plurality of cutting plates each on their circumferential edge have an identification system to memorialize the diameter of the emulsion holes.
APPARATUS AND PROCESS FOR PREPARING VISCOUS EDIBLE PASTES
The present disclosure concerns apparatus and processes for preparing viscous food products, typically on-demand preparation of single servings of edible, e.g. vegetable-based, pastes having high viscosity.
Locking assembly for a micro puree machine
Micro puree machines have a locking assembly for locking a container to a coupling on the machine, preventing the container from rotating out of the coupling during processing. The locking assembly includes at least one protrusion on the container configured to slidably engage a slot on an interior surface of the coupling when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction. The coupling has a clip that is moveable from a first position, in which the clip prevents rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction, to a second position, in which the clip allows rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction. The clip is spring biased toward the second position. Pressing a button on the coupling moves the clip from the first to the second position.
Portable blender with wireless charging
A blender using different charging modes with wireless charging is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may include a base assembly, a container assembly, an electrical motor, a blending component, a control interface, blending control circuitry, charging control circuitry, and/or other components. The base component may include a rechargeable battery and a wireless charging interface. The charging control circuitry may be configured to make different types of detections related to the availability and/or usage of electrical power and related to the usage and alignment of the wireless charging interface with an external charging structure. The charging control circuitry may conduct electrical power to the rechargeable battery using at least two different charging modes, thus providing different amounts of electrical power to the rechargeable battery in different charging modes.
Method for preparing stable liquid emulsion forms of plant extract
A method for preparing stable liquid emulsion forms of plant extract is provided. A plant extract having a bitter flavor is mixed with diluent oil as an oil mixture and heat is applied to the oil mixture. An emulsifying agent is dispersed in water as an emulsifying solution. The oil mixture is mixed with the emulsifying solution. The mixed oil mixture and emulsifying solution is homogenized as a liquid form of the plant extract. Gluconic acid is added to the liquid form of the plant extract. The bitter flavor of the plant extract is disguised by adding a bitter blocker to the liquid form of the plant extract.
FOOD STIRRING DEVICE, FOOD STIRRING METHOD AND FOOD MANUFACTURING METHOD
A technique for reducing stagnation of food at a specific location on a drum when food is stirred using the drum is disclosed. The disclosed food stirring device includes: a drum that extends in an axial direction, has a hollow shape, and includes: an inlet part through which a food to be fed to an inside of the drum passes; and an outlet part that is provided at a position different from the inlet part and through which the food to be discharged from the inside of the drum passes; a drum drive device that rotates the drum around a rotation axis; a stirrer that is at least partially located inside the drum; and a support member that is attached to the drum and supports the stirrer, wherein there is a gap between an inner wall surface of the drum and the stirrer, and wherein a ratio of a shortest diameter to a longest diameter of a cross sectional surface, in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, of a part of the stirrer that is located inside the drum is 1/3 or greater and 1 or less.
