A mixing assembly and a mixing device configured to mix a bakery, pastry or cosmetic preparation includes a mixing tank configured to receive ingredients intended to be mixed to form the preparation; a first mixing tool configured to be immersed at least partially in the mixing tank and configured to mix the ingredients and/or the preparation. The first mixing tool is configured to be driven in rotation around a first axis of rotation. A second mixing tool is configured to be immersed at least partially in the mixing tank and configured to mix the ingredients and/or the preparation, the second mixing tool being configured to be driven in rotation around a second axis of rotation. The first and second axes of rotation are substantially coaxial.

Present invention relates to a new soft/bag packaging mixing system and method that allows the mixing of materials contained in soft/bag packages and obtaining of a homogeneous mixture by utilizing the physical characteristics of said packages through applying different types of forces.

Cosmetic blending devices for producing a cosmetic liquid from a solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule. The cosmetic blending devices include a lid, a base, a blending element configured to blend the capsule, and a drive mechanism configured to actuate the blending element. The cosmetic blending device may include a thermal element configured to change a temperature of the capsule. The thermal element may melt the capsule. The solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule comprises a shell defining an enclosed inner volume, and cosmetic material included in the enclosed inner volume. Methods of using the cosmetic blending devices comprise placing the solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule into the cosmetic blending device and blending the capsule to produce the cosmetic liquid. Methods of forming the solid-shell cosmetic ingredient capsule comprise forming a portion of the shell, adding the cosmetic material to the portion of the shell, and forming the remaining portion of the shell.

The invention refers to a foam dispenser. The foam dispenser is suitable for dispensing foam produced by mixing a foaming liquid and gas, in particular air. Further, the invention refers to foam dispenser assembly, a vessel for storing a foamable aqueous composition and a method for forming foam using the foam dispenser.

An apparatus and a method for manufacturing instantly emulsified cosmetics is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a housing; a pump in the housing for discharging an instantly emulsified emulsion outside of the housing; a first container in the housing for storing an internal fluid; a second container in the housing for storing a functional fluid including a functional raw material; a third container in the housing for storing an external fluid; a channel part in the housing for receiving the external fluid, the internal fluid and the functional fluid generate an emulsion; and a tube provides the pump with the emulsion generated in the channel part, wherein the channel part includes: a first channel for mixing the internal fluid and the functional fluid to generate a mixed fluid; and a second channel for mixing the mixed fluid provided from the first channel and the external fluid to generate an emulsion.

A capped retail dispenser package encloses and retains a mixing container into which a product mixture is filled using an automated manufacturing system in an individualized manner, such that each individual product container may be charged with a customized or unique formulation different than a previous or subsequent container passing through the system. Mixing is not done prior to filling, but with a mixer received in a slidable bottom portion that functions as a piston. The rod terminates at its upper end with a mixing plate. Movement of the rod through the central opening provides mixing of the product through a reciprocating motion, and preferably with a simultaneous rotation. A system and method for customizing the solution used in the sunless spray tanning process are provided. In at least one form, the solution is volumetrically mixed at the point of use, allowing for greater customization and a more consistent tanning result. Providing improved customization at the point of use is accomplished, in at least one form, by using a two-part tanning solution: one part being a high concentration DHA solution and another part being an activator solution. The two parts are mixed with one another at the point of use based on user preferences at the time of the tanning session to provide a specific final DHA concentration for a customized tanning result.

A dispensing system (2000), includes a container (900) containing a flowable base formulation (910) to be dispensed, an additive mixing device (2004), and an actuable pump engine (2002) which draws the flowable base formulation from the container and pumps it through the mixing device. The additive mixing device includes a body (2022) with an internal cavity (2052), an additive ingredient (2054) within the cavity, and a flow path/mixing chamber (2058) between an input and an output. With each pump of the device (2004) the additive ingredient is introduced into, and mixed with, a flow of the base formulation traveling through the mixing device. Multiple additive mixing devices (2004) may be interchangeable for different formulations, and the mixing devices may be refillable.
