Temperature conditioned two component mixer manifold

A system that provides for simultaneous thermal regulation of both components of a two-component system, while maintaining their separation prior to introduction into a conventional static mixer element, in order to assure that the mixed fluid, when dispensed, is at the optimal temperature and viscosity. The thermal capacity can be adjusted by altering the configuration to increase or decrease the thermal transfer area as required for each specific application.

Apparatus for blending and applying plural substances including aggregate onto an environmental substrate is shown and described. The apparatus includes optionally a single power plant, plural pumps each fed by a respective hopper, and a blender blending pumped materials together. Dispensing ratios of the two pumps are mutually adjustable. An onboard air compressor delivers compressed air for atomizing blended materials as they are dispensed with the aggregate. Because materials may be curable or hardenable, flushing is enabled. The apparatus may be a free standing wheeled device.

TWO-COMPONENT MIXING CAPSULE, IN PARTICULAR FOR DENTAL PURPOSES

Disclosed is a two-component mixing capsule for intake and for mixing of two compositions with a capsule housing having a discharge spout at its front end, wherein the mixing capsule comprises a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber, wherein the two mixing chambers may be separated from each other for storage or for transport, by the first mixing chamber being rotatable into a first position in which the first mixing chamber is separated from mixing chamber, by a rotatably mounted handhold element, the rotational axis of which is approximately perpendicularly arranged to the longitudinal axis of the mixing capsule. The two mixing chambers form a common mixing chamber by rotating the first mixing chamber into a second position in which the central axes of the first and second mixing chamber are substantially coaxially arranged, wherein the composition may be discharged after mixing by attaching a squeezing piston.

METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD PROVIDED WITH AT LEAST ONE COATING, AND COATING HEAD FOR CARRYING OUT THE METHOD

The present disclosure includes a method for producing a printed circuit board having at least one coating includes mixing a first component with a second component of a two component coating system to form a coating mixture by means of a dynamic mixer or by means of a static-dynamic mixer. The method also includes supplying the coating mixture to an output unit, and coating the printed circuit board by outputting the coating mixture using the output unit onto the printed circuit board. The output unit is moved automatically in at least one, two, or three dimensions relative to the printed circuit board. The mixer is connected with the output unit in such a manner that it is moved together with the output unit relative to the printed circuit board. The present disclosure also includes a coating head for performing the method.
