Portable preparation assembly and method to prepare liquid cosmetic/cleanser products
A portable preparation assembly to prepare liquid cosmetic/cleanser products in a personalised way has a container which is configured to contain a solvent liquid and includes a base wall, a lateral wall and an upper opening opposite to the base wall; a housing seat configured to house a solid cosmetic/cleanser and arranged at least partially inside the container; and a stirring device which is configured to stir the solvent liquid in the container so as to determine at least partial dissolution of the solid cosmetic/cleanser in the solvent liquid and mix the dissolved solid cosmetic/cleanser with the solvent liquid to obtain the liquid cosmetic/cleanser product.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR CHEMICAL CLEANING IN PLACE
A heavy industrial mobile CIP system, which comprises two closed loops and facilitate uniformity in chemical mixing and in heating of cleaning fluid and chemical concentration. The first loop comprises an electric pump for pumping fluid from a mixing tank and through the first loop. The cleaning chemicals are added to the fluid circulating in the first loop prior to the fluid returning to the mixing tank. The cleaning fluid is heated in the mixing tank by at least one heater. The second loop comprises a second pump to pump fluid from the mixing tank through the second loop, which is connected to the equipment to be cleaned. The fluid and debris from cleaning the equipment circulates through the second loop to the mixing tank. In some cases, a weir can be used to facilitate separation of solids in the fluid returning from the equipment into the mixing tank.
LIQUID SUSPENSIONS FOR USE AS DRYING AGENTS
Liquid suspensions are disclosed that include superabsorbent polymer suspended within a non-aqueous liquid. The liquid suspensions are capable of being pumped and sprayed onto waste fluids for clean-up procedures. The liquid suspensions can be made by high shear mixing of the superabsorbent polymer with the non-aqueous liquid until the superabsorbent polymer is suspended within the non-aqueous liquid.
Ultrasonic treatment apparatus and fine bubble supply method
To realize excellent durability of an apparatus, realize a dissolved gas amount suitable for propagation of ultrasonic waves, and stably generate fine bubbles that further comply with a treatment using ultrasonic waves. An ultrasonic treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes: a treatment part capable of accommodating a treatment liquid and an object to be treated; an ultrasonic generator that is provided in the treatment part and applies ultrasonic waves to the object to be treated; and a circulation path for circulating the treatment liquid in the treatment part, in which a fine bubble generator which performs deaeration on an extracted treatment liquid and generates fine bubbles in the treatment liquid, is provided to the circulation path, in series with a treatment liquid extraction pipe. The fine bubble generator has two or more narrow portions each having an opening flow path with a size narrower than an inside diameter of the treatment liquid extraction pipe, in which the opening flow paths of the narrow portions adjacent to each other are configured to prevent the treatment liquid from proceeding straight, and an opening cross-sectional area at each pressure reduction zone satisfies a predetermined relation.
SOLID CHEMISTRY DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
Disclosed herein are systems and equipment configured for dosing and dispensing solid cleaning compositions. The solid chemistry dispensing systems comprise a solids dispenser wherein a solid cleaning composition is stored and a tank connected to the solids dispenser. For dispensing and dosing, the tank is filled with a preselected volume of water. Said water is recirculated through the solids dispenser to dissolve the solid cleaning composition resulting in a concentrate of a cleaning composition in the tank.
CLEANING DEVICE AND CLEANING SYSTEM
A cleaning device and a cleaning system. The cleaning device includes: a cleaning base provided with a cleaning roller, the cleaning base being configured to move on a surface to be cleaned so that the cleaning roller cleans the surface to be cleaned; a clear water tank configured to contain clear water; a detergent box configured to contain a detergent; and a dual-head pump configured to pump a first liquid and a second liquid and including: a driving motor; a first pump body mounted on a first side of the driving motor and configured to pump the first liquid; and a second pump body mounted on a second side of the driving motor and configured to pump the second liquid, the first side and the second side being arranged opposite to each other.
SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a substrate processing apparatus that is capable of preventing defects from occurring in a substrate processing process when a substrate is processed by supplying a temperature and concentration controlled treatment solution to the substrate. According to an exemplary embodiment, the substrate processing apparatus includes a mixing manifold, and in the mixing manifold, first to fourth inlet lines are connected in parallel with an outlet line, and a high-flow rate liquid is supplied toward a low-flow rate liquid.
