Washing hydrogen water producing method and producing apparatus
A method of producing washing hydrogen water in an embodiment, includes: a step of storing ammonia water in a first tank; a step of transferring the ammonia water from the first tank to a second tank; a step of diluting the transferred ammonia water with ultrapure water in the second tank; a step of mixing the diluted ammonia water into hydrogen water; and a washing step of washing an inside of the first tank by ultrapure water to remove fine particles derived from ammonia generated in the first tank.

The liquid proportioning device includes a series of passageways, having three chambers and two valves, and a manifold for mixing the liquids to form a cleaning solution. A liquid ejection device for a vehicle washing system includes a reservoir volume, a first supply line coupled upstream to the reservoir for supplying a first liquid with a first supply rate and a second supply line coupled upstream to the reservoir for supplying a second liquid with a second supply rate. The device further comprises a removal line coupled downstream to the reservoir with a blocking device for blocking liquid flow through the removal line, and a detection unit for detecting liquid volume in the reservoir and a mixing ratio of the liquids introduced into the reservoir; and a removal device for ejecting the liquid found in the reservoir through an ejection element coupled to the removal line. In addition, the device comprises a control unit which is coupled to the detection unit and the removal device and is set up to start an ejection process by the removal device upon reaching a predetermined liquid volume and a predetermined mixing ratio.

CONTROLLED DISSOLUTION SOLID PRODUCT DISPENSER
A method, apparatus, and system for obtaining a solution from a solid product are disclosed. A solid product is housed in a dispenser. A liquid is introduced into the housing of the dispenser to interact with the solid product to form a solution. To control the concentration of the formed solution, the turbulence of the liquid introduced to the dispenser is controlled and adjusted either manually or on a real time basis to account for varying characteristics of either or both of the solid product and the liquid. The dispenser will adjust the turbulence based on the characteristics to maintain a formed solution within an acceptable range of concentration. The concentrated solution can then be discharged from the dispenser to an end use application.
TWO EDUCTOR / FOUR-WAY SELECTOR VALVE ASSEMBLY
A selector valve assembly for use in conjunction with an eductor dispensing system which reduces the incidence of product carry-over when the valve is moved from one position to another. The selector valve assembly also reduces the incidence of improper dispensing. In a preferred manner, the selector valve assembly has a single valve member and accommodates four product inlet lines for selectively passing chemical concentrate to two eductors. The selector valve assembly is composed of a minimum of ports, thereby reducing maintenance and cost.

Insert assembly for foaming device
An insert assembly for a foam generating device includes a first insert and a second insert with a channel defined therethrough. Inserts may be formed by two shell halves that are coupleable to one another to define the channel. A plurality of ribs extends along an interior surface of the channel. The channel is configured to grip porous pad structures by the plurality of ribs for generating foam by breaking-up the cleaning solution and agitating. The ribs may be arranged horizontally relative to a longitudinal axis of the insert assembly. Inserts may be arranged in series along a longitudinal axis of the foam generating device.
