System for the processing of organic waste and products
System for the processing of organic waste and products, which is equipped with, at least, one cylindrical cavity of treatment which is arranged with a loading area and a unloading area of waste and an entrance and exit of vapor. Inside the cylindrical cavity, a dragging spindle with direction of advance from the loading area to the unloading area is installed. The axis of the dragging spindle is equipped with mixing blades which conform a mixing spindle with a direction of advance opposite to that one of the dragging spindle.
RECOVERING BROMINE FROM SOLID WASTE CONTAINING BROMINE COMPOUNDS, AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
Recovering bromine from solid waste containing bromine compounds, and applications thereof, such as for recovering bromine in a form suitable for reuse, or for manufacturing bromine salt (for example, calcium bromide). Bromine recovery method and system include: providing and mixing (i) solid waste containing bromine compounds and (ii) solid calcium hydroxide; heating the mixture in a chemical reducing (non-oxidizing) environment, thereby forming heated product consisting essentially of only solid calcium bromide (salt); and processing the heated product, to form bromine. Calcium bromide manufacturing method and system include: providing and mixing (i) solid waste containing bromine compounds and (ii) solid calcium hydroxide; heating the mixture in a chemical reducing (non-oxidizing) environment, thereby forming solid calcium bromide (salt). Applicable to processes of, or involving, manufacturing bromine-based flame (fire) retardant materials.
Method for transportation and agitation of refinery solids waste
A method of transporting solid refinery waste includes loading solid refinery waste into a mobile tank having at least one sloped floor wall and a plurality of compartments separated by at least one buffer. The method may also include maintaining a head space between a top level of the solid refinery waste and a top wall of the mobile tank. The method may also include delivering the mobile tank to a burning facility that maintains a reserve of diluent and that is equipped with an agitator configured for lowering into the mobile tank through a manhole opening, to thereby permit the diluent to be conveyed into the headspace and mixed with the solid refinery waste, thereby enabling a resulting mixture to be off-loaded for burning at the burning facility.
SYSTEM FOR DISPOSAL OF WASTE CONTAINING FOOD WASTE OR LIVESTOCK MANURE AND PRODUCTION OF ENERGY AND METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a system for disposal of waste containing food waste or livestock manure and production of energy and a method therefor, wherein the system can dispose of waste, such as food waste or livestock manure, without using chemical additives or a precipitation bath generally used for disposal of wastewater, and can allow separation of wastewater and solid organic substances from the waste, disposal thereof, and then recycling thereof, respectively.
REACTOR MIXER ASSEMBLY METHOD
Methods of assembly of and a mixing system for use in a process bottle for mixing its contents, the mixing system including a low volume magnetically-driven mixer mounted at the bottom of the bottle. The mixer may have vanes and lower grooves, or no vanes and grooves on both upper and lower faces. The mixer has a microsized three-dimensional solid inanimate body to enable insertion through relatively small mouth openings at the top of conventional reactor bottles. The methods of assembly involve passing the microsized mixer through an open mouth of a process bottle and coupling the mixer with a bearing assembly at the floor of the bottle. The bearing assembly includes fixtures sealed around a hole in the floor of the bottle. A cap may be assembled to the bottle in a sterile environment to from a consumable assembly which is then enclosed in a sterile package for shipping to a customer. A variety of tube connectors to the cap may be customized for instant use by the customer.
MIXING APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
Provided is a mixing apparatus. The mixing apparatus comprises a housing defining a primary chamber, an inlet for receiving material into the mixing apparatus, as well as an outlet for discharging material from the mixing apparatus. The housing provides within the primary chamber a plurality of rotating shafts, each rotating shaft having a plurality of flailing fixtures associated therewith.
Method of removing and disposing of waste from a refinery ground tank including mixing at least one diluent with reduced-size solids to cause a flowable mixture
A method for disposing of solid refinery waste is disclosed. The method includes removing solid waste constituents from inside a refinery tank using excavating machinery, delumping the solid waste constituents, and conveying the delumped solid waste constituents into a mobile tank. The method further includes transporting the delumped solid waste constituents in the mobile tank to a burning facility, adding at least one diluent, mixing, and pumping from the mobile tank a flowable mixture of refinery waste and the at least one diluent at the burning facility.
FOOD WASTE DISPOSER
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a food waste disposer, and more specifically, to a food waste disposer which prevents the formation of a blind spot where food accumulates through the shape of a chamber in which food and microorganisms are accommodated, and improves the efficiency of food decomposition and processing by effectively stirring the food and microorganisms using blades and stirring rods.
MOBILE MODULE TYPE WASTE TREATMENT APPARATUS USING SUBCRITICAL WATER
Disclosed is a waste treatment apparatus using subcritical water, in which a treatment tank includes a tank body forming an internal space to receive raw materials to be treated, such as waste, and including a waste inlet for inputting the waste and a product outlet for discharging products, and treats the waste with steam having high temperature and high pressure supplied from a steam supplying unit capable of supplying the steam to the tank body, wherein the tank body is shaped like a sphere. Thus, there is provided a waste treatment apparatus using subcritical water, in which the spherical treatment tank is provided to effectively input, discharge, etc. waste to be treated or products, and more effectively and reliably treat the waste, and a sphere shape increases heat transfer efficiency and provides stable mixing in the process of disposing of waste.
