A concrete vibrator can further reduce vibration. The concrete vibrator includes a motor, a flexible shaft drivable by the motor, an unbalanced weight drivable with the flexible shaft, a flexible hose at least partially covering the unbalanced weight and the flexible shaft, a body housing accommodating the motor, and an elastic member between the body housing and the flexible hose.

Portable construction mixer
11446842 · 2022-09-20 · ·

A portable mixer that has a first auger, a second auger, a motor, a material loading location, where material may be loaded into the mixer, and a dispensing conduit. The motor powers both the first auger and second auger. Further, the second auger may rotate in a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction and the second auger substantially prevents material from exiting a dispensing conduit when the second auger rotates in the first rotational direction and the second auger distributes material through the dispensing conduit when the second auger rotates in the second rotational direction.

Cement mixing tool

A cement mixing tool with a gearbox transmission assembly, an electric drill tool, a pair of mixing blades, a drive shaft housing assembly, a handle assembly and a splash guard. The electric drill tool is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The gearbox transmission assembly is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The pair of mixing blades are attached to opposing shafts extending from the gearbox transmission assembly. The splash guard attached to the exterior the drive shaft housing assembly. The handle assembly is attached to the drive shaft housing assembly. The resulting tool can be used by a person to mix wet cement within a wheelbarrow or other similar open topped container.

TIME-VARYING DETECTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONCRETE RHEOLOGICAL PARAMETERS
20220091005 · 2022-03-24 ·

A time-varying detecting device and method for concrete rheological parameters, in which the double-covered cylinder has top and bottom covers (11, 12), both of which can be freely opened, is configured to contain a concrete sample, and a lifting frame includes a pair of vertical supports (21) extending in parallel with each other. The double-covered cylindrical container is held between the pair of vertical supports (21) by means of connecting members (30) in such a manner that it can be flipped 180° about a straight line along which the connecting members (30) extend under the action of an external force. To perform a test, the top cover (11) is opened and a concrete mix is filled in, followed by detecting initial rheological parameters. The top cover (11) is closed, and the concrete mix is left for a predetermined period of time. The double-covered cylindrical container is lifted to a predetermined height by raising the connecting members (30), flipped 180° and lowered back onto the floor. The bottom cover (12) is opened, and the concrete mix is re-mixed and homogenized, followed by finally detecting the time-varying rheological parameters of the concrete mix.

Method to Control a Mixer and Corresponding Mixer

A method to control a mixer (10) for concrete, mortar, powders, dry and semi-dry granulates, cement-based mixes or similar or comparable mixes or mixtures, comprises an input step in which it provides to communicate to a control and command unit (15) of the mixer (10) a plurality of input data correlated to the formulation of the mix that has to be treated in the mixing cycle, a detection step in which it provides to detect the values of an electric quantity characteristic of the electric power line of a drive unit (12) comprised in the mixer (10), a processing step in which the control and command unit (15) processes the data detected in the detection step in order to calculate the overall active power that is generated as a function of time, and to carry out one or more verifications, comparing the data processed with one or more of the respective data introduced among the input data, in order to transmit to a programmable logic controller (14) that commands the functioning of the mixer (10) alternately a consent signal to discharge the mix subjected to the mixing cycle, or an anomaly signal selectively correlated to the verification or verifications that have had a negative outcome, so that the operator can respectively command in the first case the discharge of the mix from the mixer (10), and in the second case the consequent corrective actions on the mixing cycle.
