PLASMA FUNCTIONAL LIQUID PRODUCING DEVICE, A METHOD THEREOF, AND PLANT CULTIVATING FACTORY
A Plasma functional liquid producing device, a method thereof, and a plant factory that exhibit excellent cleaning and sterilizing effects even when plasma gas is introduced into a liquid through bubbling. The Plasma functional liquid producing device comprises a plasma head that generates plasma gas containing active species from plasma generating gas, a plasma gas releasing section that releases the plasma gas in a bubbled state, and a Plasma functional liquid generating section equipped with a plasma functional liquid generating tank storing a solvent, which generates a plasma functional liquid by introducing the plasma gas in the bubbled state into the solvent, wherein the oxygen concentration of the plasma generating gas is preferably 90% or more.
DEVICE FOR EMITTING A LIQUID
The present invention refers to an interchangeable device comprising: a high-pressure pump unit (16002), a water intake (16003), and a lance (16005), characterized by a coupling system comprising: a shaped shaft (16001)-shaped hub (16007) coupling, an anti-rotation positioning element (16008), and a locking clamp (16009), wherein the coupling system allows a power generator of varying type (16006) to be coupled, rendering the device a high-pressure washer and/or a high-pressure sprayer.
Automated Liquid Blending System
A liquid blending system and method for the continuous blending of agrochemicals. The system uses static-rate pumps to deliver a continuous pressurized agrochemical to the proportional valve and the control system continuously regulates the flow rate by controlling the respective proportional valve. A method is disclosed for the simultaneous delivery of the requested quantity of each respective agrochemical. Each agrochemical flow rate is adjusted to deliver the requested quantity of each agrochemical fluid simultaneously based on a measured quantity of each agrochemical fluid as a proportion of the total quantity of the respective agrochemical fluid requested based on a blend recipe; a selected blend recipe; and a measured rate-limiting liquid source. A modular rack system is described for organizing and efficiently installing and maintaining the system.
Fertilizer mixer
A fertilizer mixer includes a housing, a plurality of supporting rods, a roof plate, a mixing room, a lifting mechanism, a stirring mechanism, a control mechanism, a driving mechanism, and a cleaning mechanism. The housing includes a top end and one end of each of the plurality of supporting rods is disposed on the top end. The roof plate is disposed on the other end of each of the plurality of supporting rods. The stirring mechanism is fixed on the roof plate. The mixing room includes a bottom wall and the housing includes an inner bottom surface. The mixing room includes a discharge port disposed on the bottom wall, and a seal plug disposed in the discharge port. The lifting mechanism is disposed between the bottom wall and the inner bottom surface and an outer sidewall of the mixing room abuts against an inner sidewall of the housing.
System for coating fertilizer substrates
A system for coating fertilizer substrates is provided. The system comprises a mixing unit wherein the mixing unit comprises a container bowl having an inlet portion and an outlet portion wherein the inlet portion is operatively fastened to a hot air conduit having a blowing unit connected at one end. The invention also relates to a process for coating fertilizer substrates and the coated substrates thereof.
