Peracetic acid concentration and monitoring and concentration-based dosing system
A system and related methods for monitoring and dosing peroxycarboxylic acids, particularly peracetic acid, in food processing applications based upon the desired concentration of the processing solution. The peroxycarboxylic acid concentration measured, and additional peroxycarboxylic acid added to the processing solution if the measured concentration is below a threshold level of the desired concentration, or additional water being added to the processing solution if the measured concentration is above a threshold level of the desired concentration. The system and related methods can be utilized with either live stream or static water sources to keep the concentration of peroxycarboxylic acid at or near desired concentration levels, which results in less concentration variation than experienced with conventional flow-based or hand-mixed systems.
MIXING SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MIXING
A system for mixing and mixing processes and structures are disclosed. In addition a nozzle used for mixing is disclosed.
Hydrogen Gas Dissolving Apparatus
A hydrogen gas dissolution apparatus 1 to comprises a hydrogen extracting pipe 8 for extracting hydrogen gas from a cathode chamber 40b, a water supply pipe 3 for supplying water for electrolysis, an opening pipe 81 for opening the cathode chamber 40b, a hydrogen gas dissolution module 6 connected to the hydrogen extracting pipe 8, a first open/close valve 91 installed on the above-said water supply pipe 3, a second open/close valve 93 provided on the opening pipe 81, and a control means 10 for controlling the electrolysis tank 7, the first open/close valve 91, and the second open/close valve 93. The control means 10 causes the water to flow for the first and second open/close valves 91 and then start the electrolysis after closing the first open/close valve 91 and the second open/close valve 93.
METHOD OF PRODUCING HEATED OZONE WATER, HEATED OZONE WATER, AND SEMICONDUCTOR WAFER-CLEANING LIQUID
Provided are: a method of producing heated ozone water, the method capable of producing heated ozone water having an extremely high ozone concentration by suppressing a reduction in the ozone concentration in high-concentration heated ozone water; heated ozone water; and a semiconductor wafer-cleaning liquid using the heated ozone water. A method of producing heated ozone water obtained by dissolving ozone in pure water, the method being characterized by including: adjusting a pH of the pure water to 3 or less by adding acid to the pure water; to obtain an acid water, dissolving an ozone gas in the acid water; and heating the pure water, the acid water or the ozone water, to 60 C. or more.
PIVOT ARM SYSTEMS FOR MIXING IN BIOREACTORS
A system for growing algae includes a pivot arm pivotally coupled to a pivot connection positioned in a pond containing water and algae, and a mixing device coupled to the pivot arm and extending into the pond to mix the water and the algae as the pivot arm rotates.
CHEMISTRY DISPENSING ASSEMBLY FOR A LAUNDRY APPLIANCE
A chemistry dispensing assembly for a laundry appliance includes a reservoir that dispenses a laundry chemistry to a treatment chamber. A mixing channel is positioned below the reservoir that receives the laundry chemistry dispensed from the reservoir. A fluid assembly delivers a fluid carrier through a flow path that includes the mixing channel. The mixing channel is defined between an underside of the reservoir and an upper surface of the mixing channel.
METHODS AND RELATED APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING A PROCESSING SOLUTION FOR A FOOD PROCESSING APPLICATION
Methods and related apparatus for providing a chemical intervention processing solution for use within processing tanks. Processing tanks can include side streams or ancillary systems for generating the chemical intervention processing solution that can then be introduced into the processing tanks. The antimicrobial agents will be added and mixed in the side stream to form the chemical intervention processing solution. Additional actions can be conducted on the processing solution within the side stream including any and or all of heating, pumping, sampling, measuring, testing and pH adjustment of the processing solution. The chemical intervention processing solution can also be provided by a venturi injector that combines processing water and an antimicrobial agent and/or an alkaline agent outside of the processing tank. The processing solution can be used for various food processing applications.
AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR MIXING AND DISPENSING LIQUID DETERGENTS REMOTELY CONTROLLED
An automated machine is provided for mixing and dispensing liquid detergents remotely controlled by a control software connected to a server which updates product databases, which is executed, together with other software for dispensing and delivering liquid content and surfactant detergent with anionic and cationic tensio-active chemical compounds as the basis of its selected formulation of Genapol, sodium phenyl sulfonate and the sodium lauryl sulfonate with preservatives such as formaldehyde and bactericides such as glutaraldehyde in a mixture of concentrated detergent with water in a proportion between 30% and 40%; where said machine is manipulated with a touch screen that drives two types of injectors that send product, to make the liquid mixture, to a static mixer or to a dynamic mixer and said machine conducts said mixed liquid to a tank of finished product to be dispensed by a filling spout placed on the front of a container-shaped casing.
