A BIOMASS GRANULATOR
A biomass granulator comprises a granulation chamber having a feed inlet and a discharge outlet and divided into a primary molding chamber, inside with a pressing wheel mechanism comprising a wheel seat having at least two symmetrical eccentric pressing rollers, and a secondary molding chamber, surrounding the outside of the primary one, by a ring-shaped die; the rollers are disposed with threads on the surface and a guide groove between adjacent threads; the die is provided outside with several scrapers taking the axis of the main shaft as the rotation axis, and the contact point of the roller and the is always between adjacent scrapers. The invention allows the primarily molded particles extruded from the die to be subjected to an orderly, quantitative and uniform reformation via a rotating scraper, and timely delivery of the finally molded particles out of the biomass granulator, thus solving the technical problems herein.
CONTINUOUS MIXERS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
The disclosure generally refers to a continuous mixer, which can be used in the production of coated particles, such as proppants used in hydraulic fracturing techniques.
Drying device and continuous granule production system
An airflow drying device includes a granulated substance introduction portion, a dry process portion, and a product ejection portion. The granulated substance introduction portion includes a granulated substance inlet into which granulated substances are to be put, and a hot air inlet into which hot air is to be supplied. The dry process portion includes a loop pipe. The loop pipe is positioned laterally in a horizontal direction, and is able to dry granulated substances. The product ejection portion includes a cyclone collector where the granulated substances are collected after being dried through the loop pipe.

MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GRANULES AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS THEREOF
A dry stirrer configured to stir powder in a dry state, and a wet stirrer provided downward of the dry stirrer in the vertical direction and configured to stir the powder are used. In the wet stirrer, the powder is stirred together with a fluid component, so that granules are formed. The wet stirrer includes a stirring chamber having a cylindrical shape and having a central axis placed in the lateral direction, a cut blade configured to rotate around the central axis of the cylindrical shape in the stirring chamber, and an agitating blade configured to rotate along an inner wall that is a cylindrical side face inside the stirring chamber. When the agitating blade passes above the central axis of the stirring chamber in the vertical direction, the agitating blade is rocked.
MIXING GRANULATOR
A mixing granulator includes a container to receive a product, a mixing tool located in the container and seated on a vertically aligned shaft, and a comminuting tool located in the container. At least one of the container, the mixing tool or the comminuting tool is at least partially made of plastic or a plastic composite material.
