PLANT AND PROCESS OF GRANULATING UREA AMMONIA SULPHATE
Process and plant for the production of a urea ammonium sulfate granulate. In a first fluidized bed a first spraying liquid is sprayed comprising a urea melt and an aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate, e.g. a (near-) eutectic mixture. The bed temperature is below the crystallization temperature of the sprayed mixture. In a next compartment the granulate is fluidized to form a second fluidized bed. A second spraying liquid comprising a urea melt is sprayed into the second fluidized bed with a bed temperature higher than the bed temperature of the first fluidized bed and lower than the crystallization temperature of the sprayed second spraying liquid.

Method for grinding silicon-containing solids
The invention relates to methods for producing silicon particles by grinding silicon-containing solids, wherein one or more gases are used, which contain reactive gas at a partial pressure of ≥0.3 bar, wherein reactive gases are selected from the group comprising oxygen, ozone, inorganic peroxides, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, and volatile organic compounds.
Process and Apparatus for Production of a Granular Cannabinoid Material Essentially Soluble in Aqueous Medium
A process and to an apparatus for production of a granular cannabinoid material essentially soluble in aqueous medium, wherein a matrix liquid composed of a first liquid that dissolves a cannabinoid or composed of a first liquid that dissolves a cannabinoid and a second liquid that forms an emulsion with the first liquid and a cannabinoid dissolved in the first liquid or emulsion is produced. The matrix liquid is dried by convection, and wherein the apparatus has a vessel system having an inlet and a matrix liquid outlet for production of the matrix liquid and a drying apparatus fluidically connected to the matrix liquid outlet of the vessel system.
Apparatus and Method for the Production of Solid Dosage Forms
An apparatus for the production of solid dosage forms is presented, wherein the apparatus comprises a material processing chamber which is operable for manufacturing a product according to a pre-set product formation process path. The apparatus has at least one sensor for continuously monitoring formation of the product in the material processing chamber during the product formation process non-invasively in real time by sensing at least one product functional attribute value and a means for comparing each sensed product functional attribute value with a desirable product functional attribute value for that point on the product formation process path. A controller controls operation of the material processing chamber in response to the sensed product functional attribute value for maintaining the product on the product formation process path.

Solvent recovery from sweep gas streams
A method for removing solvent from a solvent containing sweep gas stream obtained from a fertilizer coating process is disclosed. The method can include directly contacting the solvent containing sweep gas stream with an aqueous composition comprising 50% wt/wt to 100% wt/wt of water, condensing at least a portion of the solvent out of the solvent containing sweep gas stream into the aqueous composition to produce a solvent-enriched aqueous composition and a recovered sweep gas stream, and removing the recovered sweep gas stream from the solvent-enriched aqueous composition.
