Particulate nucleating agent and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention provides a particulate nucleating agent and a method for manufacturing the same. The particulate nucleating agent has an average radial crushing strength of 0.2-25.0N/cm. A weight content of the active ingredients in the particulate nucleating agent is no less than 90 wt %. The particulate nucleating agent is a transparent particulate nucleating agent. The particulate nucleating agent of the present invention can be fed smoothly during production without the change of the chemical composition thereof, so as to realize uniform dispersion in the polymer and reduce defects such as white dots in the polymer. The present invention breaks the traditional view of refining particles of nucleating agent to obtain a polymer having desirable properties, and avoids adding large amount of materials except the active ingredients during the granulation process of the nucleating agent.

Process and Apparatus for Continuous Granulation of Powder Material
The present disclosure relates to a process for preparing granules from an input material or a powder material. The process comprises feeding the input material for granulation in the processor using one or more powder feeders, introducing steam as a granulation activating agent in the processor, granulating the input material in presence of the steam to form granules, and optionally collecting the granules from a discharge zone of the processor, wherein feed rate of the steam into the processor is determined based on feed rate of the input material into the processor. A co-rotating twin-screw processor for preparing granules is also disclosed.

Pelletized spent lime and process of making same from wastewater treatment residue
Water-dispersible pellets are provided that includes spent lime particles present from 80 to 99.5 total weight percent. A binder component is also present from 20 to 0.5 total weight percent. The pellets have a mean pellet domain size. The spent lime particles, and the binder component present in a form such that contact with water causes pellet dispersion into more than 100 pieces. A process of forming spent lime pellets is also provided that include spent lime being dewatered to a free-flowing powder. A binder is then added under conditions to induce agglomeration of the free-flowing powder to the form the pellets. A process of treating a target crop is also provided based on such pellets.
