Parallel reactor systems and methods for preparing materials
Parallel reactor systems for synthesizing materials are disclosed. The reactor systems may include at least two reaction vessels and may be suitable for synthesizing materials produced from corrosive reagents, for example, Ziegler-Natta catalysts. Antechambers may be provided above the reaction vessels to help purge vapors produced by the corrosive reagents. Methods for preparing materials by use of such parallel reactor systems are also disclosed.

STRENGTHENING OXIDATION SYSTEM OF EXTERNAL MICRO-INTERFACIAL UNIT FOR PRODUCING PTA WITH PX
A strengthening oxidation system of the external micro-interfacial unit for producing PTA with PX is provided, including: a reactor, a circulating heat exchange device and a micro-interfacial unit. The reactor includes an outer casing and an inner cylinder disposed concentrically inside the outer casing. The circulating heat exchange device is disposed at an exterior of the reactor, and is connected with the outer casing and the inner cylinder respectively, for regulating reaction temperatures of the first reaction zone, the second reaction zone and the third reaction zone inside the reactor in a reaction process of producing PTA with PX. the micro-interfacial unit is connected between the reactor and the circulating heat exchange device, and connected with an external feed pipe of the reactor, for crushing a gas phase material into micro bubbles with a diameter greater than or equal to 1 μm and less than 1 mm and for mixing the micro bubbles with a liquid phase material to form an emulsion at the exterior of the reactor before a reaction material enters each of the reaction zones inside the reactor.

A multifunctional experimental system for in-situ simulation of a gas hydrate includes a computed tomography (CT) scanning device, a reactor, and a pipeline system. The reactor includes: a reactor upper end cover, a reactor lower end cover, a reactor housing and a clamp holder. A first pipeline channel is formed at a top, an upper groove is formed at a bottom, and a first upper joint is arranged in the upper groove. A second pipeline channel is formed at a side, a lower groove is formed at a top, and a first lower joint is arranged in the lower groove; where two ends of the reactor housing are respectively fixed to the reactor upper end cover and the reactor lower end cover. A top end of the clamp holder is provided with a second upper joint, a bottom end of the clamp holder is provided with a second lower joint.

The present disclosure relates to a method for continuously manufacturing an ester-based composition and a manufacturing system therefor, the method improving a manufacturing yield by optimizing process variables of each reactor of a reaction unit in which a plurality of reactors are connected in series.

Provided is an apparatus for preparing oligomer including: a reactor for carrying out oligomerization reaction by supplying a monomer stream and a solvent stream; and line 1 and line 2 which are separately provided in a lower side of the reactor, wherein line 1 includes a first level control valve and line 2 includes a second level control valve, and the reactor is periodically alternately operated in first operation mode and second operation mode, thereby switching a pipe through which the product is discharged, so that a plugging phenomenon of the pipe through which the product is discharged and the valve can be prevented.

The invention relates to a connecting piece assembly for a process connection of in particular fittings or sensors (5), having a first stationary connecting piece element (1) and a second replaceable connecting piece element (2) which is designed so as to be at least partly receivable by a receiving opening (4) of the first stationary connecting piece element (1). The second replaceable connecting piece element (2) has an outer thread (6) for attaching a union nut (8) of the fitting or the sensor (5), wherein at least one holding device (7) is provided which is designed to hold together the first stationary connecting piece element (1) and the second replaceable connecting piece element (2). The invention also relates to a process container with a corresponding connecting piece assembly.
CONTINUOUS SOLID-STATE POLYMERIZATION PROCESS AND REACTOR COLUMN FOR USE THEREIN
The invention relates to a continuous solid-state polymerization process for preparing a polyamide derived from diamine and dicarboxylic acid, wherein the salt is polymerized in a reactor column comprising successive multifunctional zones comprising heating sections and gas-outlet sections, and a residence zone comprising at least one gas-inlet section, wherein the heating sections comprise static heat exchangers. The invention also relates to the reactor column and use thereof in a continuous solid-state polymerization process.
PREPARATION OF HALOGENATED ALKOXYETHANE
A process for continuous preparation of halogenated alkoxyethane of general formula XClHC—CF.sub.2OR, where X is —Cl or —F and OR is C.sub.1-4 alkoxy, the process comprising a step of introducing in a flow reactor reaction components comprising (i) a compound of general formula XClC═CF.sub.2, (ii) abase, and (iii) a C.sub.1-4 alkanol, wherein a) the flow reactor comprises one or more tubular flow line(s) having an internal cross-sectional area of less than 115 mm.sup.2 through which the reaction components flow as a reaction mixture, and b) the halogenated alkoxyethane is formed at least upon the reaction components mixing, with the so formed halogenated alkoxyethane flowing out of the flow reactor in a reactor effluent.
ELECTROLYZED IMPINGEMENT CAVITATION REACTOR SYSTEM
A method of electrolyzed impingement cavitation includes disposing a conductive rod at least partially within a lumen of a reactor pipe comprising a plurality of beveled perforations, disposing the conductive rod and the reactor pipe at least partially within a lumen of a reactor casing, electrically connecting a positive terminal of a direct current voltage source to the conductive rod, electrically connecting a negative terminal of the direct current voltage source to the reactor pipe, the reactor casing, or both, and applying a direct current to the conductive rod while fluidly communicating fluids into the lumen of the reactor pipe. The fluids are directed out of the plurality of beveled perforations forming enhanced cavitation bubbles that impinge an inner surface of the reactor casing while in at least part of an electrolysis reaction. Fluids are discharged from an annulus between the reactor pipe and the reactor casing.
