METHOD FOR PREPARING AMORPHOUS SILICA-ALUMINA ENCAPSULATED METAL OXIDE CATALYST AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A field of environmental protection and discloses a method for preparing an amorphous silica-alumina encapsulated metal oxide catalyst and application thereof. The catalyst is prepared by filling silica-alumina precursors in tunnels of a monometallic or bimetallic complex and then performing heat treatment. The catalyst has the advantages that acidic sites and oxygen vacancies are highly dispersed, the pore size range is large and the mass transfer efficiency is high, improves the efficiency of a cracking-oxidation tandem reaction, and achieves full purification of carbon/nitrogen pollutants in landfill leachate. The COD removal rate of the landfill leachate reaches 98.3% or above, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate thereof reaches 98.0% or above. The COD concentration of oxypyrolysis purified effluent is less than 98.7 mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen concentration thereof is less than 24.9 mg/L.
Catalyst for hydrogenation reaction and preparation method for same
The present invention relates to a catalyst for a hydrocarbon resin hydrogenation reaction and a preparation method for the same, wherein the catalyst is a nickel powder catalyst including nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), and sulfur (S), and more particularly, a nickel-based catalyst for a hydrogenation reaction, which is added to a hydrogenation reaction in order to improve the color of the hydrocarbon resin. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a catalyst for a hydrogenation reaction, includes 40-80 parts by weight of nickel, 0.01-5 parts by weight of copper, 1-10 parts by weight of sulfur, and 10-60 parts by weight of a silica support based on 100 parts by weight of the entire dried catalyst including a support. Therefore, the catalyst can improve the quality of hydrocarbon resin. Furthermore, the catalyst can provide colorless, odorless, and transparent water-white hydrocarbon resin with improved thermal stability by removing unsaturated bonds in the hydrocarbon resin.

CATALYSTS FOR THE REFORMING OF GASEOUS MIXTURES
Pyrochlore-based solid mixed oxide materials suitable for use in catalysing a hydrocarbon reforming reaction are disclosed, as well as methods of preparing the materials, and their uses in hydrocarbon reforming processes. The materials contain a catalytic quantity of inexpensive nickel and exhibit catalytic properties in dry reforming reactions that are comparableif not betterthan those observed using expensive noble metal-containing catalysts. Moreover, the Pyrochlore-based solid mixed oxide materials can be used in low temperature dry reforming reactions, where other catalysts would become deactivated due to coking. Accordingly, the catalytic materials represent a sizeable development in the industrial-scale reforming of hydrocarbons.
