Furniture slide assembly
A furniture slide assembly, selectively attachable to a leg of an article of furniture, includes a slide body, intermediate and upper securement assemblies, and a plurality of elongated support rods extending therebetween and interconnecting them together. The slide body receives and supports the furniture leg at a first location on the leg and provides slidable contact on a support surface. The intermediate securement assembly, being an elongated strap with lugs and an aperture on its respective opposite end portions, detachably attaches about the furniture leg at a second location on the leg spaced above the first location. The upper securement assembly, being an elongated strap with loop and hook segments on its respective opposite end portions, detachably attaches about the furniture leg at a third location on the leg spaced above the second location.
Wire Grid Security Enclosure with Heavy Duty Latch Mechanism
A wire grid security enclosure with heavy duty latch mechanism is utilized to secure contents while allowing viewing of the contents within. The enclosure includes a base mount onto which a lateral wall is positioned. The enclosure includes an upper panel that closes the top portion of the lateral wall as well as a first door and a second door that are opened to gain access to the enclosure. The first door and the second door are prevented from opening by a first hooked rod and a second hooked rod. The first hooked rod and the second hooked rod are removably engaged to the upper panel as well as to the first door and the second door. The first hooked rod and the second hooked rod connect via a first locking tab and a second locking tab that are positioned on the first hooked rod and the second hooked rod
Retractable furniture caster system
An example article of furniture includes a number of furniture legs having mechanically coupled thereto a respective furniture caster having a rolling component. The furniture casters are movable between (i) an extended position in which their rolling components at least partially extend below bottom surfaces of the furniture legs and (ii) a retracted position in which their rolling components are positioned entirely above the bottom surfaces of the furniture legs. Push-pull cables are mechanically coupled to the furniture casters, and at least one actuator is mechanically coupled to the push-pull cables. When actuated, the actuator applies a pushing force to the push-pull cables, thereby causing the furniture casters to transition from the retracted position to the extended position. When the actuator is not actuated, the pushing force is removed from the push-pull cables, thereby causing the furniture casters to transition from the extended position to the retracted position.
HEIGHT-ADJUSTABLE DESK
A height-adjustable desk includes: a desktop; a lifting assembly having two height-adjustable legs coupled to the desktop, wherein the two height-adjustable legs are to support the desktop; a storage cabinet defining at least one through-hole configured to permit passage of one of the two height-adjustable legs therethrough; and a rotational connection assembly including: a base securely within the at least one through-hole of the storage cabinet; and a rotating member rotatably coupled to the base, the rotating member defining a through-hole configured to permit passage of one of the two height-adjustable legs therethrough. The storage cabinet is rotatably connected to the one of the two height-adjustable legs via the rotational connection assembly.
