A temperature controlled case includes a housing that defines a temperature controlled space; a cooling system in thermal communication with the temperature controlled space; and a modular tank supporting the housing and the cooling system. According to one embodiment, the modular tank includes: a body having a top surface, a drain defined by the top surface, and at least one groove defined by the top surface, wherein a groove of the at least one groove receives a component of the housing to couple the component to the modular tank.

A stair including at least one tread portion and an elevating mechanism by which the tread portion is elevatable to a deployed position in which the tread portion is presented to be stepped on by a person. The stair further includes a pedal. The elevating mechanism includes a stop and a striking portion. The striking portion is arranged to move into abutment with the stop when the tread portion is so elevated to its deployed position. The striking portion is also arranged to be driven against the stop by at least a portion of the person's weight. The pedal is pressible to move the striking portion away from the stop. The elevating mechanism is configured such that, when the striking portion is so moved away, depressing the tread portion moves the striking portion further away from the stop.

Height-adjustable work table, preferably kitchen table comprising at least one cabinet on top of which a table top is located. The cabinet(s) is located on a number of electrically driven height-adjustable platforms. In that the platforms are mutually retained by at least one connection rail these appear as stable both during the assembly of the work table and of the assembled table. Between a surface, typically a floor on which the platform is located, and an underside of the cabinet a toe kick is placed. This toe kick is telescopic in height such that the toe kick regardless of the adjusted height of the kitchen table shuts off access under the cabinet. The connection rail may constitute an element of the telescopic toe kick.

A universal precast base system formed from a plurality of interlocking frames, each frame includes at least two channel elements and at least one side element. A channel extends along the channel elements and is open on each end. The external surface of the side element includes an interlocking edge for mating adjacent frames together. Channels of adjacent frames connect to form a continuous channel for receiving vertical wall panels therein.

Persons with physical impairment often have difficulty maintaining independent living at their own home. Simple daily activities such as getting up and out of a low seat chair can prove problematic. The claimed invention provides a lift system and method of installing the same that the physically impaired person can adapt to and raise a particular piece of furniture with minimal physical effort. The adaptable system includes a pair of lift assemblies, each lift assembly having a first rail member and a second rail member that are slideably engaged on a first end, having a riser on each second end. At each riser location there is a flip out guide that provides a visible pointer to facilitate alignment with the furniture leg without having to bend over or lift the furniture. For increased stability an optional cross member can be fixated between the first and second rail members.

The present invention relates to modular framework support systems. In particular, it relates to framework support systems of the non-penetrative type particularly used for supporting heating and ventilating apparatus and other service and plant apparatus on a roof of a building. The application describes a support (10) for a modular framework system, the support comprising a planar foot (11) comprising a socket (12) having a substantially rectangular cross-section with a long axis and a short axis. The socket has a base and an opening. The socket is provided with one or more elongate ribs (25) between the base and the opening and extending into the socket. The socket further comprises a projection (20) extending upwardly from the base, the projection having a spine (21) aligned with the long axis of the socket. Preferably, each rib (25) has a stepped configuration such that an operatively lower portion of the rib extends further into the socket than an operatively upper portion of the rib.

A moving foot base of furniture comprises a base body, a center of the base body being provided with an accommodating cavity; universal wheels mounted at a bottom portion of the base body, and rotatably connected with the base body; and a tray, the base body and the universal wheels being all arranged on the tray. According to the moving foot base of furniture, a supporting foot of furniture is placed in the accommodating cavity in the base body, and then the universal wheels are mounted at the bottom portion of the base body to realize movement through the universal wheels to move high-mass furniture easily; and the tray is further arranged below the universal wheels, and the tray with a large area loads the furniture to reduce a pressure on a floor caused by the high-mass furniture, thereby avoiding the floor from being damaged.

A washing apparatus having an apparatus base, and a housing carried by the apparatus base. At least three feet are attached to the apparatus base, and an activatable foot is disposed opposite the at least three feet. The activatable foot is a spring-loaded foot that, when released, is pushed downward such that the foot engages with the floor. The activatable foot is attached to a leg that is movable within a cavity of the housing. A locking cam engages the leg and ensures that there is sufficient frictional engagement between the leg and a sidewall of the cavity such that during use of the washing apparatus, the activatable foot does not move up/down when engaged with the floor. The washing apparatus, when in use, is level and stabilized while the locking cam is engaged with the leg which helps to reduce vibration and noise.
