Underfloor storage system
An underfloor storage system is disclosed. The storage system comprises a frame with a storage box and at least one raise/lower mechanisms to raise and lower the storage box. A raise/lower mechanism include at least one winch driven pulley system. The storage box includes a floor. Raising the storage box provides access to underfloor storage. In a preferred embodiment, each winch driven pulley system provides an ideal mechanical advantage of 4 and includes an additional pulley which is configured to pivot relative to the winch and thereby adjust the orientation of the pulley to the winch as the line tracks across the winch during wind up or let out of the line.
Adhesive retainer for fixing to a structure
An adhesive retainer for fixing to a structure has at least one adhesive foot which has a supporting base region formed on the adhesive foot and is provided with receiving openings which extend like capillaries through the supporting base region into the interior of the adhesive foot. The receiving openings are configured to form an integral bond with the structure such that when the adhesive foot is placed on the structure covered for this purpose with a liquid, solidifiable bonding substance, the receiving openings receive bonding substance due to capillary ascension.

OUTDOOR PLATFORM FLOORING ATTACHMENT DEVICE
An apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a blade configured for extending between adjacent floor panels and having a bottom portion thereof that defines a floor member engaging recess for engaging a bottom side of the floor member and a hook on an end thereof for engaging a vertical side of the floor member. A mount to which the blade is translatable about and engaged with a top surface of the adjacent floor panels when installed on a floor surface is provided. A linear translator is selectively directed to translate the blade relative to the mount such that the distance between a bottom surface of the mount and the floor member engaging recess is varied in order to securely receive the floor member therebetween. A related method is also disclosed.
METHOD AND APPARATUS AND FOR RESTRAINT ANCHOR
An anti-ligature restraint device is provided. The device includes a tub secured to a mounting location. A sealing element is inserted into the tub. The sealing element includes a restraint element slot to which a restraint is secured when the device is in an open position. The sealing element is disposed entirely with the tub in the closed position. A spring within the tub provides resistance to the sealing element as it is pushed into the tub and rotated to secure the sealing element within the tub. A lid lock secures the sealing element in the closed position. The device may be used in the concrete floor of a hospital room. In the open position, the device secures patient restraints. In the closed position, the device is flush with its mounting surface and locked, thereby preventing patient tampering or access to harmful elements thereof.

DEVICE FOR FASTENING A PREFERABLY PLANAR OBJECT TO A CONSTRUCTION
A device for fastening a planar object to a construction, including a first holding element and a second holding element which can be interlockingly connected to the first holding element. The first holding element, which can be connected to the construction or to the object or is an integral part of the construction or of the object, has a C- or U-shaped inner profile, in that the second holding element, which can be connected to the object or the construction or is an integral part of the object or the construction, has a C- or U-shaped outer profile, and in that the C- or U-shaped outer profile can be interlockingly accommodated in the inner profile and can be clamped against the inner profile by means of a clamping element.
