SEISMIC BASEPLATE
A mount may include a base having a socket. A leveler may be positioned within the socket and may be configured to be adjustably engaged to one of a plurality of posts of a shelving system. A fastener may secure the leveler to the socket. The leveler may be adjusted to change the height of the post in relation to other of the plurality of posts in the shelving system, and thereby level the shelving system.

MODULAR SYSTEM FOR A ROOM, FOR A LIVING, WORK OR STORAGE AREA, OR FOR OTHER THREE-DIMENSIONAL SPACES
A modular flooring system comprises a modular floor surface and a plurality of stackable, three-dimensional modular interior design components (MIDCs). The modular floor surface can comprise an array of discrete, raised, low-profile, receiving panels that can be rectangular in shape. MIDCs can be securely and interchangeably placed on any group of one or more adjacent unoccupied receiving panel and they can also be stackable, such that various different floor layouts can be created. Each of the MIDCs may comprise a lower surface recess that fits over a group of one or more adjacent raised receiving panels. A first MIDC may have an raised lip on a top surface such that the lower surface recess of a second MIDC fits over, separately and interchangeably, one (or more) of the raised receiving panels and the raised lip on the top surface of the first MIDC. The MIDCs can comprise a storage cube MIDC (square or rectangular cube) as well as specialized MIDCs, such as a commode MIDC, a sink MIDC, a cooler MIDC, and a tile MIDC, etc. In such a manner, a user of the modular flooring system could locate the MIDCs on the floor surface and/or stack them to configure a preferred layout. Moreover, the MIDCs could be rearranged later to design a new layout.

Outdoor platform flooring attachment device
An apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a blade configured for extending between adjacent floor panels and having a bottom portion thereof that defines a floor member engaging recess for engaging a bottom side of the floor member and a hook on an end thereof for engaging a vertical side of the floor member. A mount to which the blade is translatable about and engaged with a top surface of the adjacent floor panels when installed on a floor surface is provided. A linear translator is selectively directed to translate the blade relative to the mount such that the distance between a bottom surface of the mount and the floor member engaging recess is varied in order to securely receive the floor member therebetween. A related method is also disclosed.

Articulating constricting clamp
The invention is a Clamp system that is able to rotate and swivel on a base allowing it to self-align itself to the part being secured. When the clamp is tightened to the part it is securing, the base, clamp and part all become rigid and unable to swivel or rotate.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RESTRAINT ANCHOR
An anti-ligature restraint device is provided. The device includes a tub secured to a mounting location. A sealing element is inserted into the tub. The sealing element includes a restraint element slot to which a restraint is secured when the device is in an open position. The sealing element is disposed entirely with the tub in the closed position. A spring within the tub provides resistance to the sealing element as it is pushed into the tub and rotated to secure the sealing element within the tub. A lid lock secures the sealing element in the closed position. The device may be used in the concrete floor of a hospital room. In the open position, the device secures patient restraints. In the closed position, the device is flush with its mounting surface and locked, thereby preventing patient tampering or access to harmful elements thereof.

Universal deck mount system and method for use thereof
A deck mount system and method is provided that can be installed and relocated easily without damaging the deck. The deck mount system comprises a top bracket with a top bracket plate and top bracket sides for flanking a deck member, a bottom bracket including a bottom bracket plate and bottom bracket sides for overlapping the top bracket sides, and at least one fastener to reversibly attach the top bracket to the bottom bracket for securing the deck mount system to the deck member. The method for attaching the deck mount system comprises placing a deck mount top bracket over a deck member, placing a deck mount bottom bracket under the deck member, and attaching the top bracket to the bottom bracket using at least one fastener, thereby reversibly fixing the top bracket to the bottom bracket around the deck member.
