Pipe sleeve system and method of use
A pipe sleeve includes an elongated cylindrical body extending from a base to a top; an anchor rigidly attached to a first position of the elongated cylindrical body, the anchor having an attachment device to secure to a structure; and extendable legs secured to the elongated cylindrical body, the legs each having a foot; each of the extendable legs can be extended a distance to keep a top surface of the elongated cylindrical body level.
Locking device and stabilizer for a stabilizing table
A table with a stabilizing system is disclosed. The table has a primary shaft having a bottom portion, a lower portion, and an upper portion, wherein the primary shaft has a cut-out at a bottom portion, a locking hole at a lower portion, and a stabilization mounting hole at the upper portion, a secondary shaft inserted into the primary shaft and when inserted, movably affixed to the primary shaft, wherein the secondary shaft has a bottom portion, a lower portion, and an upper portion, and wherein the secondary shaft a locking hole at the lower portion, and a stabilization mounting hole at the upper portion, a pivot positioned through the primary shaft stabilization mounting hole and the secondary shaft mounting hole to movably affix the secondary shaft to the primary shaft about a single point of movement, a lock positioned through the primary shaft locking hole and the secondary shaft locking hole, wherein the lock fastens the secondary shaft to the primary shaft.
PLATFORM LEVELING APPARATUS
A platform leveling apparatus with a platform attached to a frame, two and only two linear actuators, and one and only one heim joint. The upper ends of the linear actuators are rotatably attached to the front frame member, and the heim joint is connected to the rear frame member. The lower end of the heim joint is connected to an upper end of a heim joint support, and the lower end of the heim joint support is connected to a rear base support by front and/or rear heim joint braces. The rear base support is oriented parallel to the rear frame member when the heim joint is at a centered position, and the rear base support is positioned below a front edge of the rear frame member. The lower ends of the linear actuators are rotatably connected to a first fixed surface.

Surface adaptive tension-compression base structure and apparatus using the same
A tension-compression base structure includes tension elements (such as flexible cables or ropes) and compression elements (such as rigid legs) with a slidably adjustable path for the tension elements around or within the compression elements, thereby enabling a degree of adaptability to support surfaces that may not be ideally flat, such as on outdoor terrain. Such a tension-compression base may be used to support a platform that may be desirably held in a preferred orientation irrespective of terrain irregularities. Height adjustment of the platform can be achieved via a telescoping mechanism, a gas spring, or the like, at the one or both ends of the compression members of the structure. A spring or other compliant member inline with the “loop” tension member can be included. The spring also can remove the requirement for fine adjustments of tension elements during normal service. The spring can benefit various tension-compression base structures.

Stabilizing device for a piece of furniture or a device
A stabilizing device for a piece of furniture including a housing with a piston opening, and a piston element mounted movably within the housing and moveable at least partly out of the piston opening for engagement with a supporting surface. The stabilizing device further includes an actuator, including a motor, connected to the piston element for actuating a movement of the piston. A control unit connected to the actuator for control of the actuation of the piston element, and at least one first sensor capable of measuring the load on the motor. The at least one first sensor device is connected to the control unit such that the movement of the piston element can be controlled based on input from the first sensor.
