PURGEABLE PHARMACEUTICAL FILL NEEDLE
The present invention involves a fill needle system for aseptically dispensing a pharmaceutical fluid in an aseptic chamber comprises a fill needle tubing in fluid communication with a pharmaceutical fluid source via flexible tubing and extending through a fill needle hub; a fill needle dispensing tip disposed at a dispensing end of the fill needle tubing; a fill needle sheath shaped and arranged to removably mate with and seal aseptically to the fill needle hub to form an aseptically sealed volume enclosing the dispensing tip; and a fluid pressure pulse induction system disposed and configured to compress the flexible tubing in order to dislodge droplets of pharmaceutical fluid retained on the dispensing tip after halting dispensing of the pharmaceutical fluid. An associated method of dispensing pharmaceutical fluid comprises operating the fluid pressure pulse induction system to dislodge the droplets. The system may comprise a controller for automatically controlling the dispensing and droplet dislodging.
Method for manufacturing a leaktight container
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a leaktight assembly by providing a bag, a connection system including a connector adapted for mechanical connection to a complementary connector of a sterile chamber in order to establish sterile communication between the bag and the chamber, the connector including a portion for attachment to the bag, the connection system further including an overmolding molded over the attachment portion, the manufacturing method further including the steps of positioning the wall of the bag facing the overmolding at a first access opening of the bag, the attachment portion surrounding a space for passage between the bag and the chamber at the first access opening, and welding the wall of the bag onto the overmolding.

Isolation device with built-in particle counter
An isolation device for supplying a workspace with clean air resulting from dust filtration by an air cleaning means accurately manages the number of fine particles in a workspace and prevents fine particles from mixing with an experimental material. The isolation device includes a measurement probe; a particle counter for measuring the fine-particle counts for a plurality of particle sizes in the workspace air and outputting the measurements; a storage unit for storing, for each of the plurality of particle sizes and for work times and non-work times, management fine-particle counts at which the number of fine particles per unit volume is determined to be large; a cleanliness determination unit that compares the fine particle counts and the management fine-particle counts; and an output unit for outputting an alarm when the work-time/non-work time fine particle count for a particle size in the workspace exceeds the corresponding management fine-particle count.
TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CHAMBER TYPE APPARATUS FOR TAKING POTENTIAL IMPACT MARKS AND METHOD USING THE SAME
A temperature and humidity chamber type apparatus for taking potential impact marks according to an embodiment includes: a specimen treated with an amino acid reaction reagent to react with potential impact marks to take the potential impact marks; a chamber in which a receiving space for receiving the specimen is secured; a door for opening and closing the chamber; a supporter formed in the receiving space to receive the specimen; an adjuster for adjusting temperature and humidity in the chamber within a set application time range to take the potential impact marks; a display unit attached to one side of the outside of the chamber to display an operation state in the chamber; a power source; a controller for controlling setting of temperature, humidity, and an application time in the chamber; and an input unit in which the controller operates according to a user's input.
Method and apparatus for cell dispensing and storage
Provided are a cell dispensing and storing apparatus and a method of the same. The method includes: moving a freezing container with a test tube in it and a temporary storage bottle containing sample cells into a dispensing area. Connect the temporary storage bottle with an injecting assembly. A dispensing clamp moves the test tube from the freezing container to a tube rack on a rotating platform. A rotating clamp removes a tube cover from the test tube. An injecting nozzle extracts the sample cells from the temporary storage bottle and dispenses the sample cells into the test tube. The rotating clamp puts the tube cover back on the test tube. The dispensing clamp moves the test tube back into the freezing container. A freezing clamp moves the freezing container into a freezer.
Clean air device
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the risk of contamination in a clean air device in which a safety cabinet and clean booths are coupled. To achieve this, a clean air device in which a cabinet and clean booths are coupled, is configured such that the cabinet is equipped with: a work space which is formed on the inner side of a front shutter; and a circulation path which is formed from the lower surface, side surfaces, rear surface of the work space, and an outside portion of the cabinet so as to exhaust the air flowing into the work space. Pass boxes connected to the clean booths are provided to a portion of the side surfaces of the work space. Each of the pass boxes is formed by a pass box coupling inner surface, the outside of which has a space formed by a pass box coupling outer surface. The space communicates with the circulation path. The bottom of the pass box coupling outer surface is provided with a pass box coupling outer surface slit.
DISPOSABLE ISOLATER AND PRODUCT CONDITIONING INSTALLATION COMPRISING SUCH A DISPOSABLE INSTALLATOR
A disposable isolator including a bottom, a flexible peripheral wall defining a clean and sterile inner volume, a first pair of joining parts forming a first tight junction at the bottom, this first pair including an inner part placed inside the inner volume and suitable for positioning containers, and an outer part placed outside the inner volume and suitable for cooperating by shape matching with a positioning cavity provided on a support table, and a second pair of joining parts forming a second tight junction at the peripheral wall and including an outer part suitable for being connected to a robot, and an inner part suitable for being connected to a manipulating tool, the first and second pairs being designed so that the robot applies the manipulating tool on the containers positioned on the support table.
