3'-UTR SEQUENCES FOR STABILIZATION OF RNA
The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.
FLOATING FIXTURE WALL MOUNT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A floating fixture system and method includes wall attachment members and mounting brackets for mounting a fixture on a wall so it floats from the wall. Hook and hook-receiving structures temporarily hold the fixture to the wall while additional components more permanently secure the fixture to the wall. The system can allow a floating fixture to be installed more quickly and by fewer persons, and without the need to cut components at the installation site.
Suspension system for storage components
The present disclosure relates to a suspension system with a rear rail, configured to be arranged on a wall or the like, and a hang standard with rear leg portions comprising suspension slots arranged in each of the leg portions and being configured to connect with the lower flange of the rear rail. The rear rail further comprises an upper flange, and each of the hang standard leg portions comprise a mounting slot adapted to connect with the upper flange of the rear rail. The upper and lower flanges at least partially extend in different directions.
SUPPORTIVE AND AESTHETICALLY PLEASING ADJUSTABLE SHELF SYSTEM
An adjustable shelf system includes a vertical support member with slots therein, brackets each having at least one rearward hook engageable into a said slot, a shroud behind and about opposing sides of the vertical support member, and a cover member separable into strips configured for placement over the front face of the vertical support member and mateable with the shroud above and below the brackets.
Mounting apparatus
The invention provides apparatus for mounting a furniture unit to a wall and, in particular, to wall studs. The apparatus includes sliding fixings that allow the spacing between fixing members to be adjusted and, thereby, allow the horizontal position of the furniture unit to adjusted to any desired position relative to the wall studs.
Method and apparatus for articulated storage
An articulated storage apparatus has a mounting plate having openings for fasteners to mount to a stable stationary surface, a first arm extending from the mounting plate, a second arm coupled at a first end to the first arm at an end away from the carrier plate by a first vertically-oriented rotation mechanism driven by a first electric motor, a carrier plate having openings for fasteners to mount to a storage container, a third arm extending from the carrier plate coupled at an end away from the carrier plate to the second arm at a second end opposite the first end by a second vertically-oriented rotation mechanism driven by a second electric motor, and a control system having independent drivers for the first and the second electric motors, with inputs for independently rotating the electric motors in opposite directions.
Multifunctional draining rack
A multifunctional draining rack, which relates to the technical field of draining appliances, includes: a draining rack body provided with a storage space; a cleaning brush holder detachably assembled on the draining rack body; and a towel hanger rotatably assembled on the draining rack body and used to rotate relative to the draining rack body for folding or in use; and a fixing device detachably assembled on the draining rack body for fixing the draining rack body on the use wall. The use of the above technical solution has the advantages of multiple functions, classified storage, small occupation space, high flexibility of adjustable storage space, diverse installation methods, convenient disassembly and assembly, and good user experience.
HANGING STORAGE ENCLOSURE
A hanging storage enclosure includes a main frame, a hanging mechanism, a top slide and a bottom slide. The main frame has a hollow interior having a top side, a bottom side, and an open front end. The hanging mechanism is on the top side. The hanging mechanism is configured to hang the main frame from an object. The top slide is positioned on the top side and the bottom slide is positioned on the bottom side. The top slide is configured to slide in and out of the top side of the main frame for positioning the top side. The bottom slide is configured to slide in and out of the bottom side for positioning the bottom side.

Space-saving device and method for bathrooms
A wall-mounted enclosure is provided to store bathroom supplies within the vacant space between the studs of standard residential framing. The device can either be mounted to existing drywall or mounted directly to a stud before drywall is applied to the standard residential framing. The device also includes a trim structure to conceal any gaps between the drywall cutaway and the device. The device includes individual compartments to store various bathroom supplies such as tissue paper rolls, air fresheners, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene supplies, and the like. The compartments are assessable through conveniently hinged compartment doors that protrude from the drywall surface. By placing this device within the space between framing studs, this allows the user to utilize storage space that was previously inaccessible, increasing convenience and overall storage space. This also provides better access to necessary bathroom necessities in smaller spaces where there is no preexisting storage. While the present invention may be used in residential bathrooms, the device may also be used in rooms of other function, for other items, and may also be used in commercial buildings.
