A mobile storage system includes a cabinet convertible between an open configuration for storing items and a folded configuration for transportation of the cabinet. The cabinet includes rear, left, right, top, and bottom walls that cooperate to form an Interior storage space having a front opening. The cabinet further includes a pair of wheels and a handle so that the cabinet can be moved as a cart. One or more drawers can be removably connected to and supported by drawer slides within the cabinet so that the drawers are movable into and out of the Interior storage space through the front opening. The drawers can be configured to be used as drawers for long term storage when located within the cabinet and as suitcases for travelling storage when removed from the cabinet.

The present invention provides an illuminated handle system for a cabinet. The illuminated handle system includes at least one handle comprising a gripping member, at least one support member that secures to a cabinet door via a fastener, a light source disposed within the gripping member, wherein the light source is operably connected to a first power source, a microprocessor, and a first transceiver. The microprocessor actuates the light source when a wireless signal is received by the first transceiver. The illuminated handle system further includes a motion sensor comprising a housing having a second power source and a second transceiver, wherein the motion sensor transmits a wireless signal to the handle when motion is detected, such that the light source is actuated. In an alternative embodiment, the light source is operably connected to a temperature activated sensor disposed within the handle that actuates the light source.

The present invention provides an illuminated handle system for a cabinet. At least one matrix of holes is formed through the reference plate. The holes are used to make markings at different positions and distances. The holes are preferably identified with scale indicia that provide visual indications as to the positions of each of the holes. Arms are attached to the reference plate with pivot connections. Marking holes are disposed through the arms. The arms can rotate and extend from the reference plate in opposite directions. A top plate is positioned across the top edge of the reference plate.
