In accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure, a loading tool for a multi-well chromatography filter plate is disclosed. The loading tool may include a top plate and a bottom plate slidably coupled to the top plate. The top plate may include a plurality of wells for holding a material, a rail located along a side of the top plate, and a notch formed in the rail. The bottom plate may include a plurality of funnels extending from the bottom plate, each of the plurality of funnels corresponding to one of the plurality of wells, a track located along a side of the bottom plate to receive the rail located on the top plate, and a pathway formed in the track to receive the notch such that the notch and the pathway limit movement of the top plate relative to the bottom plate.

Customization of a universal reagent cartridge with a lyophilized target-specific PCR component reagent is disclosed. The universal reagent cartridge includes multiple chambers populated with predetermined non-target-specific reagents therein. A custom reagent storage device that stores a lyophilized, target-specific reagent is provided and is configured to be end user insertable into the universal reagent cartridge to customize the universal reagent cartridge with the target-specific reagent.
ISOLATION TUBE
A separation container for extracting a portion of a sample for use or testing and method for preparing samples for downstream use or testing are provided. The separation container may include a body defining an internal chamber. The body may define an opening, and the body may be configured to receive the sample within the internal chamber. The separation container may further include a seal disposed across the opening, such that the seal may be configured to seal the opening of the body, and a plunger movably disposed at least partially inside the internal chamber. The plunger may be configured to be actuated to open the seal and express the portion of the sample.

The elastic sheet is arranged on a short side of the first receiving space. The first receiving space is used for allowing the integrated stage to hold a first rapid test reagent card. The second receiving space is used for allowing the integrated stage to hold a second rapid test reagent card. The integrated stage utilizes the elastic sheet to hold and fix the first rapid test reagent card or the second rapid test reagent card.

The invention relates to a collection assembly (1) for small amounts of body fluids, comprising a sample container (2) and an extender element (3). The sample container (2) has a base (13) and a container wall (5) with a first container wall section (6) and a second container wall section (7) adjoining same. The second container wall section (7) is formed hollow-conically and projects into the extender element (3). Moreover, a coupling device (25) with a first coupling element (26) and a second coupling element (27) is provided. When the coupling elements (26, 27) are in coupled engagement, the extender element (3) is coupled to the sample container (2) in a positively locked manner in the form of a snap connection establishing the collection assembly (1).
