BRACKET APPARATUS FOR TOOL-LESS ASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE
This disclosure relates to a bracket apparatus for tool-less assembly of furniture products. The furniture products are equipped with a bracket apparatus that enables the furniture products to be assembled and disassembled without the use of tools or additional hardware. The bracket apparatus integrated into the furniture products permits the furniture products to easily switch between an assembled configuration and a disassembled configuration.
Enclosure Assembly System
Generally, an enclosure and method for assembling an enclosure including a plurality of frame members connected or interconnectable to generate a framework and a plurality of panels fastened or fastenable to the framework. In particular embodiments, enclosure and a method of assembling an enclosure from a kit including prefabricated enclosure sides including interconnectable frameworks fastened to panels configured to overlap adjacent panel edges at the corners upon interconnecting the frameworks.
RACK MOUNT FOR LOAD
A manually assemblable/disassemblable rack mount for a load comprising: (a) a frame having first and second parallel spaced uprights arranged in a pair; each upright comprising a side projection having notches distributed along said side projection; (b) at least one crossbar member having first and second terminals; said at least one crossbar member releasably securable between said first and second parallel spaced uprights. The rack mount comprises terminal adapters connectable to said first and second terminals. The rack mount comprises anchoring plug members insertable into said notches. Each terminal adapter has a claw insertable into a bore within said anchoring plug members. At least one crossbar with said terminal adapters connected to said first and second terminals of said at least one crossbar is releasably mountable in a bridge position between said first and second parallel spaced uprights
STORAGE SUPPORT MEMBER WITH CONNECTION PORTION
Warehouse support structures capable of supporting 3000 pounds or more are fastened to the inside surface of a horizontal support beam attached to a vertical column. A structural support member spans the horizontal support beams and support a platform, such as a mesh platform is supported thereon. The support member can be an inverted formed U or an angle beam. The angle beam should have an attachment bracket secured to each end, at a height to permit the platform to have the same height as the horizontal beam. The mesh platform should nest in the inside surface of the horizontal beam, between the support member and the beam. The construction presents a smooth, easy to assemble, snag free construction.
Structural column and modular structure for electrical cabinets including referred structural column
Structural Column and Modular Structure for Electrical Cabinets Comprising said Structural column, includes a structural column (1) which, from a single piece, accurately determines two corners or vertexes of a modular structure (19) for electric cabinets. The modular structure (19) has four vertically positioned structural columns (1) and at least eight horizontal beams (20) connected to each other by means of screws (21). This invention also introduces an innovative joint between the elements of the structural columns (1), which are joined together by means of welds (6) and with the aid of limiters (12), positioning flaps (11) and engagers (9). Thus, this invention guarantees a perfect square of the modular structure and the correct assembly of the electrical cabinet, with no need for highly specialized labor. The modular structure (19) presented here can be manufactured entirely from low-cost metal materials such as carbon steel, significantly reducing the manufacturing costs of electrical cabinets.
Frame structure for a piece of furniture
A frame structure (100) for a piece of furniture comprising struts (1) which are capable of forming legs (101) of the piece of furniture, cross-pieces (2) which connect, in accordance to a grid-like structure, the struts (1), and connection means (300) which are configured to join the struts (1) and the cross-pieces (2), wherein the connection means (300) comprise at least two bent extensions (21, 22) which are capable of engagement in corresponding seats (11, 12) which are formed in the strut (1) and in the cross-piece (2), respectively, or vice versa, and further comprising a fixing element (3) which includes an abutment surface (30), a threaded seat (31) and a corresponding screw (4) which has a head (40) which is capable of an approach movement towards/withdrawal movement from the abutment surface (30) by means of screwing in the threaded seat (31), the fixing element (3) being configured in such a manner that the abutment surface (30) and the head (40) of the screw (4) abut the strut (1) and the cross-piece (2), respectively, or vice versa, as a result of the mutual approach/withdrawal movement.
