SIZING SCREENS FOR COMMINUTING MACHINES
20170165676 · 2017-06-15 ·

A grinder for grinding relatively loose materials includes a reducing unit and a screen arrangement. The arcuate screen defines a plurality of tracks of apertures that extend in a cutting direction of the cutters. In some cases, only one respective cutter passes over each track and each cutter passes over only the respective one of the tracks. The width of a cutter may be greater than a width of the apertures of a track. The apertures of the screen arrangement may form chevron patterns. The screens may be clamped to a frame by coupling members extending through notches in the screen.

DEVICE FOR COMMINUTING FEED MATERIAL

A device for processing feed material, with a housing enclosing a processing space in which a rotor rotatable about the axis of rotation is arranged. The rotor has a rotor disk at which circumference a plurality of axially disposed impact plates is arranged uniformly distributed. A coaxially arranged processing path surrounds the impact plates while maintaining a working gap. Via a material inlet, the device is fed in the axial direction with feed material centrally ending in the processing space, which upon deflection in the region of the rotor disk is fed in the radial direction to the working gap. To ensure complete and gentle processing of the feed material while maintaining its original taste, smell and color, the processing path is part of a basket rotating about the rotational axis.

Bladed grinder for plaster recycling

Disclosed is a bladed grinder (20) for plaster waste, comprising a frame (10) comprising a support for a rotating shaft, comprising a main rotating shaft (30) comprising a plurality of vanes (40) radially attached on the main rotating shaft (30), comprising a system for rotating the main rotating shaft (30), comprising at least one inlet opening (60) for introducing waste comprising plaster, comprising at least one outlet opening for recovering large size waste, comprising, in the lower portion, openings covered with separation grids for filtering the defragmented gypsum, comprising a partially cylindrical cover which covers a continuous surface, characterised in that the cover is divided into at least two removable cover sections (50).

Separator device

A rotary impact separator is provided for separating a material. The rotary impact separator includes a body portion comprising one or more walls. The one or more walls define a substantially hollow chamber, an inlet opening, a first outlet opening, and a second outlet opening. The rotary impact separator includes an impact device extending at least partially into the hollow chamber. The impact device includes a shaft that extends within the hollow chamber. The shaft rotates within the hollow chamber. One or more blades are attached to the shaft and contact the material. A diverter is attached to an interior surface of one of the one or more walls. The diverter extends along the shaft and projects from the interior surface toward the shaft. Methods for recovering two or more co-products from a material are provided.
