Rotor for a disintegration device
A rotor for a device for disintegrating feed material, comprising a drive shaft, a plurality of rotor disks mounted on the drive shaft, and disintegration tools arranged in the region of the outer circumference of the rotor disks. A holding flange is provided for each rotor disk for connecting the rotor disk to the drive shaft, wherein the holding flange is permanently connected to the drive shaft and detachably connected to the rotor disk. Devices for disintegrating feed material, in particular impact hammer mills, may thus be operated with a rotor, in which the risk of a shaking out and a lateral wandering of the rotor disks is largely eliminated.

The invention describes an installation, which serves for obtaining humate materials from mineral coal base material, and is provided with raw material depository (1), and a suitable mixer (5) for mixing of the raw material and the reagent, and where a dryer (3) for drying the raw material is attached to the raw material depository, and through a transporter (4) a mixer (5) is attached in order to mix the mineral coal base material with the solid state alkali reagent, furthermore there is a solid alkali feeder equipment (5a) and through a transporter (6) an ozonizing chamber (9) is attached to mixer (5), where the chamber (9) has an ozone inlet hole (78) attached to the ozone generator (8), and there is a mechano-chemical activator (10) attached to the outlet hole (79) of the chamber (9).

The rotor position detection unit is configured to detect a first and second angular position of the rotor corresponding to a first and second position of a hammer of the group of hammers attached to the rotor. The motor control system comprises a frequency converter and a brake configured to enable the stopping of the rotor.

The rotor position detection unit is configured to detect a first and second angular position of the rotor corresponding to a first and second position of a hammer of the group of hammers attached to the rotor. The motor control system comprises a frequency converter and a brake configured to enable the stopping of the rotor.
Comminuting device
The invention relates to a comminuting device including a cylinder casing which surrounds a comminuting chamber, in which several rotors can be operated independently from each other with individual drives, said rotors being driven by concentric shafts which are arranged concentrically to the central axis (z) of the comminuting chamber, said concentric shafts having a central shaft and at least one outer hollow shaft surrounding said central shaft. At least one lubricant line for connecting to a lubricant supply is arranged in the central shaft and/or in a shaft casing, the lubricant line being connected by at least one radial lubricant through guide to at least one bearing of the rotors.
Comminuting device
The invention relates to a comminuting device including a cylinder casing which surrounds a comminuting chamber, in which several rotors can be operated independently from each other with individual drives, said rotors being driven by concentric shafts which are arranged concentrically to the central axis (z) of the comminuting chamber, said concentric shafts having a central shaft and at least one outer hollow shaft surrounding said central shaft. At least one lubricant line for connecting to a lubricant supply is arranged in the central shaft and/or in a shaft casing, the lubricant line being connected by at least one radial lubricant through guide to at least one bearing of the rotors.

The automatic cleaning device includes an automatic cleaning assembly at a back side of a feeding opening of a crushing chamber of the ring hammer crusher; the automatic cleaning assembly includes a material meeting disk and a cleaning blocking rod; the material meeting disk is connected to a drive member and is driven by the drive member to rotate, and the cleaning blocking rod is fixed to the crushing chamber and is cooperated with a material meeting surface of the material meeting disk for cleaning. The ring hammer crusher having the automatic cleaning device has a simple structure and convenient operation, thus improving cleaning effect.
