Composite Work Surface
A tool storage unit includes a housing configured to store a tool and a top surface coupled to the housing. The top surface is a composite that includes an upper face and a lower face. The upper face is configured to be a work surface. The upper face includes a surface texture element integrally formed in the top surface. The upper face includes a raised portion along a perimeter. The lower face includes a plurality of ribs integrally formed with the lower face and protruding in a direction opposite the upper face. The plurality of ribs are spaced to form a cavity. The lower face includes a plurality of integrally formed bosses. At least one of the bosses is an attachment point for coupling to the housing.

Glass ceramic worktop
An item of equipment includes at least one worktop formed of at least one substrate made of transparent monolithic glass material with a surface area of greater than 0.7 m.sup.2. The substrate exhibits a light transmission T.sub.L of greater than 10% and an opacity indicator of between 5 and 90. The substrate is predominantly or completely bare or provided with coating(s) such that the substrate, thus coated, exhibits a haze of less than 15% and/or a light transmission T.sub.L of greater than 60% and/or an opacity indicator of less than 85. The item of equipment also includes at least one heating element and at least one interface for communication with at least one element of the worktop and/or with at least one external element for wireless communication. The item of equipment is devoid of light source(s).

Firearm cleaning mat
A firearm cleaning mat having an oil and/or solvent repellent surface and a small parts storage tray, the mat and tray being used during adjustment and maintenance of firearms. The oil and/or solvent repellent surface protects the firearm and the surface it is placed on from scratches and dents. The small parts storage tray is used to contain small parts and prevent them from being lost during firearm cleaning. A magnet is included in the small parts tray to retain small metal parts in the tray.
Countertop installation
Aspects of the present invention provide devices and methods for installation of countertops. A countertop installation device may include: a housing; a rim, extending outwards from the housing, the rim being connectable to a frame; a movable tongue arranged to move along a first axis of the shaft, and extend from the housing; and an adjustment screw configured to adjust the location of the movable tongue along a second axis. During installation of the device, the first axis may be the horizontal axis and the second axis may be the vertical axis.
