The boards further include a base plate (3) having integrally formed protrusions. The lower surface of the face plate (2) is attached to and supported on top of the protrusions. A stiffener (4) connects the peripheral portion (2a) of the face plate (2) and the base plate (3) together. At least a part of the stiffener (4) is fixedly connected to the base plate (3), and at least another part of the stiffener (4) is fixedly connected to at least a part of a lower surface of the peripheral portion (2a) of the face plate.
STRUCTURAL BOARD AND TABLE
A structural board comprises a surface board and a bottom board. The bottom board comprises a first supporting surface and a second supporting surface, and the surface board is fixedly connected on the second supporting surface. The bottom board comprises a plurality of protruding cavities spaced apart from one another. Two end surfaces of each of the plurality of protruding cavities along a protruding direction of the plurality of protruding cavities respectively defines the first supporting surface and the second supporting surface. Each of a plurality of straight ribs is defined by two adjacent, spaced apart protruding cavities of the plurality of protruding cavities. Some of the plurality of straight ribs are connected together in an extending direction, and the plurality of straight ribs with different extending directions extend to be cross-connected to one another to form a polygonal mesh structure that defines the first supporting surface.
PANELS COMPRISING A MECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE AND AN ASSOCIATED ASSEMBLED ARTICLE
A set of panels including a first panel and a second panel configured to assume a locked state in which a first main plane of the first panel is arranged at an angle of between 30° and 150° relative to a second main plane of the second panel. A separate tongue arranged in an insertion groove of a groove is configured to cooperate with a tongue groove provided in an edge section of the second panel for locking the first and second panels to each other in a first direction perpendicular to the first main plane, and the edge section is configured to cooperate with the groove for locking the first and second panels to each other in a second direction parallel to the first main plane. A bottom portion of the groove includes an elevated portion arranged at least in an outer section of the groove along the second direction, wherein an area of the elevated portion is at least 3% of an area of a rectangular bounded region extending along boundaries of the bottom portion.
Laminate countertop with synthetic polymer substrate
A laminate countertop with a curved edge profile includes a base support including a synthetic polymer material. The synthetic polymer material can be a closed-cell polymer foam. The base support includes a top surface, a bottom surface, opposing longitudinal sides, at least one of which comprises the curved edge profile, and opposing latitudinal sides. The countertop also includes a laminate cover formed from a cured resin material adhered to and covering at least a portion of the top surface and at least a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support. A method for forming the laminate countertop includes steps of providing the base support and adhering the laminate cover over at least a portion of the top surface and a portion of the curved edge profile of the base support.
System and method for a grazing wall for food and beverages
A grazing wall that includes several shelves configured to hold several containers of food or drink. The grazing wall is aesthetically unique and pleasing with either decorative cover panels or decorative greenery, flowers, or plants arranged to cover a back structure of the grazing wall. The containers of the food or drink are aesthetically appealing and can be in the form of cones or drinking glasses, whereby the containers of food or drink can be removed from each individual slot included in the multiple slots on each shelf. The grazing wall can further include a base and a top finishing piece. The grazing wall can have adjustable heights depending on the number of modules connected in a vertical orientation to form the grazing wall. The grazing wall can include cover panels configured to removably attach to a set of grid panels.
Vivarium Stand
A stand for a vivarium has a side wall with a cutout and at least one first magnet closure element arranged adjacent to the cutout. At least one cover is provided that is to be inserted into the cutout and at least partially covers the cutout in an installed position of the at least one cover in the cutout. The at least one cover has at least one second magnet closure element that in the installed position is arranged so as to correspond with the at least one first magnet closure element so that the at least one cover is secured in the cutout exclusively by magnetic forces interacting between the at least one first magnet closure element and the at least one second magnet closure element in the installed position.
Magnet, pin, and spring assisted lockable horizontally and vertically aligning ergonomic novel latch mechanisms
A number of magnetically assisted latch mechanisms are presented, where the latching and unlatching action is done with reduced user effort, therefore promoting speed and efficiency without sacrificing the strength of the bond of the connected components. The latching mechanisms are designed to secure panels or other similar small and large mostly flat components. The latching method is done by a rotating component that takes all the separating load once rotated into the locked position. The rotatable lock, or hammer, is also locked itself into position to prevent accidental movement by the hammer.

Method for manufacturing furniture using extruded polymer profiles
A method for manufacturing furniture using extruded polymeric honeycomb profiles, capable of providing the market with a sustainable product which can be exposed to moisture. The method includes three polymeric extruded honeycomb profiles, the extruded profile being fitted to the profile by inserting the flanges into the angled conformation, being anchored by the contact of the external flexible flaps with the flexible flaps. The union of profiles and provides an intermediate fitting allowing fixating the shelves, for example, being anchored by inserting the appendage into the angled conformations, fixating them through contact of the flexible external flanges with the external flexible flaps, allowing the formation of a three-part conjugation, being one profile and two profiles. The method allows the union of two profiles through the union of the external flexible flaps of the appendage, anchored to the internal flexible flaps of the flanges. After fitting the three profiles, which can be bottom, bases and shelves, the furniture is semi finished, the sides are mounted using profiles also fitted to the bottom, which refer to and position them, allowing the use of self-tapping screws attached to the hole of the support, allowing it to be anchored internally to the profiles, thus improving the finish in view of its honeycomb structure, after being finished with the cap to conceal the hole and the screw. The cutting edges are covered with adhesive border strips along the side walls, internal structural elements and supports.
CONSTRUCTION PANEL WITH MODULAR LATTICE/COMPOSITE DESIGN
A modular construction panel includes a backing veneer layer, a lattice structure having a plurality of wood strips on a surface of the veneer layer, and a composite material serving as filler material between the wood strips of the lattice structure. The lattice structure includes a plurality of longitudinal wood strips positioned at right angles relative to a plurality of transverse wood strips. The modular construction panel may further include female joiner locks embedded in the filler material. A facing material may be attached to the modular construction panel by coupling to the female joiner locks.
