Plastic granulator stationary cutting segment
A plastic granulator apparatus stationary cutting segment includes a segment rail having multiple arcuate spaced teeth. Each tooth of the plurality of arcuate spaced teeth has a tooth surface and is spaced to be complementary to a rotary cutter segments as a rotary cutter is rotated. The segment rail is adapted to be mounted to a granulator housing. The rail segment has a shoulder with a shoulder surface, the shoulder is adjacent to each of a set of arcuate spaced teeth. The shoulder has a shoulder surface height of between 0 and 10 mm, and a stepback distance of between 0 and 2 mm between the shoulder surface and the arcuate tooth surface. The shoulder and the arcuate tooth surface define an angle therebetween of 90° and 130°, and the shoulder surface defines an angle between 90° and 130°.
ORGANIC WASTE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD
There is provided an organic waste processing device comprising: an organic matter-receiving container defining an organic matter-receiving chamber; a gas-propelling unit; a gas-plenum chamber in gas communication with the gas-propelling unit; and a grinding assembly at least partially contained in the organic matter-receiving chamber. The grinding assembly comprises a drive shaft and a rotatable blade assembly including a blade support sleeve mounted to the drive shaft and being engaged in rotation therewith. The rotatable blade assembly further includes at least one blade mounted to the blade support sleeve. An inner surface of the blade support sleeve is spaced-apart from an outer peripheral surface of the drive shaft to define a gas flow channel extending longitudinally into the griding assembly and providing gas communication between the gas-plenum chamber and the organic matter-receiving chamber.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide an organic matter processing apparatus and method for the use thereof to convert organic matter into a ground and desiccated product. This can be accomplished using a bucket assembly that can grind, paddle, and heat organic matter contained therein. An air treatment system is provided to treat the air interacting with the organic matter.
Apparatus for transforming organic and inorganic solid urban waste into aggregates
Method and apparatus for transforming organic and inorganic solid urban waste into aggregates, comprising an extruding machine connected to a reactor. The extruding machine is formed by an extrusion cylinder through which a piston circulates inside an extrusion cavity, which comprises three sections and is fed with a parget obtained after pre-processing the waste. The end of the third section is connected to the reactor through an opening. The reactors longitudinal shaft is formed by a rotatory steel shaft in which some steel blades are arranged, whose ends play the roles of cutting, hammering, punching and hydraulic helix as they rotate. Between the end of the blades and the wall of the reactor, there is a clearance of more than 0.1 mm of thickness. The reactor has a discharge valve to discharge the parget present in the boundary area through some openings, once it has been processed by a series of pressure, vibration energy and decompression cycles.
FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL APPARATUS
Proposed is a food waste disposal apparatus for automatically discharging food waste by compressing (naturally dewatering), cutting, and drying food waste. More specifically, proposed is a food waste disposal apparatus having a corrugated part provided at an input hole so that same can be bent in all directions, and thus construction is facilitated, and having, at a predetermined distance away from a drying drum that generates high heat, an exhaust fan for discharging internal air of a drying and discharging part, so as to minimize breakdown of the exhaust fan caused by high heat, and enable vibration and noise of the exhaust fan to be prevented.
DEVICE FOR GRANULATING SLUDGE
A device for granulating sludge has a hollow-cylindrical die into which sludge to be granulated is to be injected and in which a stripper with at least one knife is rotatingly arranged. A knife holder holds at least one knife radially movably on the rotating stripper.
Recycling appliance
A recycling appliance is for processing non-organic recyclable materials and organic materials. The recycling appliance includes a non-organic processing assembly configured to receive, process and store the non-organic recyclable materials. An organic processing assembly is spaced apart from the non-organic processing assembly. The organic processing assembly is configured to receive, process and store the organic materials. A housing assembly is configured to house the non-organic processing assembly and the organic processing assembly.
Cleaning and separating medical waste
The present invention comprises a method of shredding treated medical waste, cleaning it of all traces of biological gunk, and sorting it into separate components for recycling. To clean biological gunk from materials, all materials must be first shredded into small parts to expose the interior. The cleaning is performed by submerging the gunk coated materials into a caustic solution that breaks down and dissolves the gunk off of the materials. The caustic solution may comprise sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, or a similar chemical, which is highly effective in producing a corrosive chemical that can break down blood, bone marrow, urine, unused medication, food waste, organs, tissues and any other biologic materials. After all of the biological material is removed from the cleaned materials, they are sorted into component materials, such as plastics, metals, rubbers, glass, etc.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING VOLUMETRIC EFFICIENCY IN A FOOD RECYCLING UNIT
A food recycler includes a case, a control system within the case, and a set of user interface components that are usable to at least cause the control system to initiate a food recycling cycle. The food recycler also includes a motor within the case and a bucket that has a volumetric capacity between 2.51 and 10 liters. A filter system configured to accommodate air filters is also included in the case of the food recycler. To remove water from waste food items, the food recycler includes a drying component.
Shredder for comminuting bulk material
A shredder includes a shredder box having first and second opposite end walls, and first and second opposite side walls that extend between the first and second end walls. The shredder further includes a shredder rotor positioned within an interior of the shredder box, an access door that is pivotally moveable, and a control system for monitoring various parameters to operate the shredder. A side access region is defined between the first and second end walls when the access door is in the open position. The side access region provides access to the shredder rotor and includes an open region defined between the first and second end walls at the second side of the shredder. The open region has an open top which is free of obstructions extending between the first and second end walls.
