Orchard sanitation implement
An orchard sanitation implement disposes of unharvested nuts which may otherwise be utilized as habitat and food for navel orangeworms. Unharvested nuts are lifted from the orchard floor and delivered to a storage bin of the implement. Once received within the storage bin, the unharvested nuts are separated from other orchard debris by a looping belt which allows unharvested nuts to fall through, but other orchard debris is conveyed outside of the storage bin for deposit either into a container or back to the orchard floor. The unharvested nuts fall through openings in the looping belt, through an outlet at the bottom of the storage bin and into a shredding unit attached to the outlet. The shredding unit shreds and pulverizes the unharvested nuts into a composition which is too small to be utilized by navel orangeworms for habitat or a source of food.
Methods and systems for the manufacture of cutting blades for industrial machines
A method for hardfacing cutting blades used in industrial machinery by creating a channel in the surfaces of an oversize cutting blade that may be filled with hardface weld and machining the outer edge of the main body and channel to create a desired finish profile with a hardfaced edge. Such a cutting blade may additionally have fixed points of reference on the cutting blade which may be used to automate some or all of the process of creating and/or hardfacing a cutting blade to the desired profile.
System and method for infusion and desiccation of foodstuffs
A food recycler includes a base, at least one air intake opening, a gearbox, and a motor. An airflow component is on top of the motor. A fan is configured on the airflow component and a filter is positioned at an output port of the airflow component. A bucket receptacle is configured on the gearbox. The fan and the filter are configured adjacent to an upper portion of the bucket receptacle. A casing has a lower rim complimentary to a base rim. The casing has an interior volume complimentary to a fan module and an interior volume complimentary to an air filter module. A control switch and lid latch are configured in the casing and next to each other. A lid is hinged to the casing such that air flows from a bucket through the lid to the fan and back from the filter to the lid and out an exhaust vent in the lid.
FOOD WASTE RECYCLING SYSTEM
The present invention describes a Food Waste Recycling system 10 consisting of four major units, crushing, screw conveyor for squeezing, controlled heating for curing and activated carbon filter for deodorization. The present invention uses slow moving crusher blades 28 powered by a slow rotating motor 26 to crush all types of food waste including bones. This increases the surface area for uniform drying. The same motor can be used to rotate the squeezer 30 placed below the crusher. Output of the squeezing unit is fed to the curing unit; containing the stirrer blades 48 and the heater 32 to get the nutrient rich product that can be used as a soil amendment, animal feed or for gardening purpose. By using this device food waste, kitchen waste, herb residues, fruit and vegetable waste, leaves, meat, cereals and even bones can be recycled. The device has advantages of being simple in structure, easy to operate, cost-effective, energy efficient and have short treatment cycle.
Electronic waste processing method and apparatus thereof
An electronic waste processing apparatus has a power supply device, a vacuum cracking device, a filter device, and a separation device. The vacuum device is electrically connected to the power supply device, and has a vacuum pump, a vacuum chamber, and a high-frequency furnace body. The vacuum chamber is connected to and communicates with the vacuum pump. The high-frequency furnace body is disposed in the vacuum chamber. The filter device is electrically connected to the power supply device, and is connected to and communicates with the high-frequency furnace body of the vacuum cracking device. The separation device is electrically connected to the power supply device, is connected to and communicates with the vacuum pump and the filter device, and has a condensation cylinder, a cooling cylinder, and an oil storage tank.
SHREDDING DEVICE WITH VENTILATION MECHANISM
The present invention relates to a shredding device comprising: a machine housing in which a drive compartment and a material-receiving chamber are formed, a movable device for shredding material, which is arranged at least in part in the material-receiving chamber of the machine housing, a drive device which is configured to drive the movable device for shredding material and is arranged at least in part in the drive compartment of the machine housing, and a motor-operated ventilation mechanism which is configured to ventilate the drive compartment and comprises a cleaning device for purifying air provided for ventilating the drive compartment.
PLASTIC PROCESSING APPARATUS AND RELATED METHODS
The invention relates to macerator for processing a slurry, the macerator comprising an inlet configured to receive a flow of inlet slurry comprising particles having an average particle size of less than 20 mm, an outlet, two or more bodies that rotate relative to each other, each body comprising a plurality of apertures to define a flow path through each body, wherein the slurry traverses the flow path from the macerator inlet to the macerator outlet via the at least one aperture of each body to produce an outlet slurry.
Dual auger shredder having low profile
An auger system adapted to shred large materials. An exemplary embodiment is comprised of dual opposing augers that are adapted to grab, compress, and shred the material, reducing the material size such that it may be discharged through a side outlet opening and/or an extrusion tube into, for example, a standard roll-off compaction container. An exemplary embodiment allows large material to be processed in a low speed device with reduced equipment dimensions, providing operator safety with low profile loading, lower noise level, reduced chances of material being expelled from the processing chamber, and ability to use conventional material transport (e.g., semi-trucks).
Garbage disposal assembly apparatus
Implementations of a garbage disposal assembly apparatus are provided. In some implementations, the garbage disposal assembly apparatus comprises a top part, an elongated member, a handle, and a support member. In some implementations, a method of using the garbage disposal assembly apparatus comprises installing a garbage disposal assembly to a sink using the garbage disposal assembly apparatus.
