The present disclosure discloses a device for rapidly processing kitchen waste into an organic fertilizer, including a box; a crushing mechanism, where the crushing mechanism includes a fixed cutter set, a rotating shaft and a moving cutter set, the fixed cutter set is fixedly arranged on an inner wall of the box, the rotating shaft is arranged in middle of a bottom of the box, the moving cutter set is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft, the moving cutter set includes a plurality of moving cutters, and the moving cutter set and the fixed cutter set move relative to each other to grind the kitchen waste; a heating mechanism, where the heating mechanism is arranged in the box, and is configured to heat the kitchen waste; and a deodorizing mechanism, where the deodorizing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the box, and is configured to deodorize the kitchen waste.

The fixation device comprises a pivoting element configured to rotate the processing head around a pivoting axis by a rotation angle between a first angular position where the material contained in the input container can be inputted in the processing head and where the processed material can be outputted in the output container, and a second angular position where the input container being on a base can be connected to the inlet connecting unit. Provided is a sheet processing device able to suppress consumption of sheets. The sheet processing device has a supply device that supplies sheets; an image acquisition device that acquires an image of a sheet supplied from the supply device; a first decision device that determines whether or not the sheet can be reused based on the image of the sheet acquired by the image acquisition device; and an inverter configured to discharge the sheet without reversing the first side and second side of the sheet when the first decision device determines that the first side of the sheet can be reused, and reverses the first side and second side of the sheet and then discharges the sheet when the first decision device determines that the second side of the sheet can be reused.

The bruiser device comprises a bruiser disc, a number of bruiser blades, a first motor mounted on the frame, two pressure adjustment springs, and an adjustment bolt disposed on a first motor main axis. The bruiser disc is mounted on the frame through a number of supporter plates. The sieving device is disposed below the bruiser device. The sieving device comprises a second motor, a pair of crank mechanisms, a sieve, a sleeve for directing unloading of tea leaves, and an electrically actuated cylinder. An end of the sieve is interdrivably connected to the second motor through the crank mechanism, another end of the sieve is interconnected to an end of the electrically actuated cylinder through the crank mechanism. The structure of the weight sensing integrated bruising-sieving machine for automated tea processing of the present invention is sensible, simple, convenient to use, efficient and highly automated, effectively solving the problem of low efficiency and low degree of automation of traditional tea bruising machines

The weight sensing integrated bruising-sieving machine for automated tea processing of the present invention comprises a frame, a bruiser device mounted on the frame, a sieving device and a PLC controller. The bruiser device comprises a bruiser disc, a number of bruiser blades, a first motor mounted on the frame, two pressure adjustment springs, and an adjustment bolt disposed on a first motor main axis. The bruiser disc is mounted on the frame through a number of supporter plates. The sieving device is disposed below the bruiser device. The sieving device comprises a second motor, a pair of crank mechanisms, a sieve, a sleeve for directing unloading of tea leaves, and an electrically actuated cylinder. An end of the sieve is interdrivably connected to the second motor through the crank mechanism, another end of the sieve is interconnected to an end of the electrically actuated cylinder through the crank mechanism. Hard Drive Non-Destructive Dismantling System
A system and method for dismantling components of electronic media electronic storage devices such as hard disk drives, solid state drives and hybrid hard drives. The components are dismantled in a nondestructive manner so as to be capable of reuse. First devices loosen the various components of the storage device, Second devices are provided for removing components from the storage device. A holding chassis receives the storage device, and moves the storage device for engagement with the first and second devices. A mechanism may be provided for destroying the data containing portion of the electric storage device when it is removed from the storage device. A database of information concerning past and current storage devices including their configurations, component locations and screw/fastener locations is provided along with a scanning system for retrieving information about the storage device being introduced into the system. The scanned information and information from the database is used to control and position the first and second devices and holding chassis.
SYSTEM FOR SHARPENING CUTTING EDGES
A sharpening system for a meat grinder is provided. The sharpening system embodies two types of sharpening stones for sharpening the cutting edges of the knife blade and the hole plate, respectively, of the meat grinder, wherein each type of sharpening stone operatively associates to the drive arbor of the meat grinder. By interchangeably replacing the knife blade along the drive arbor with one type of sharpening stone so as to sharpen and resurface the hole plate, or replacing the hole plate along the drive with the other type of sharpening stone to sharpen and resurface the knife blade, the present invention provides hands-free sharpening with no additional machines or tools.
