Cable support system having multi-position partition
A system for improved cable management is disclosed in several example embodiments. The disclosed embodiments describe example structures for supporting cables, for example telecommunications and fiber optic cables, within a cable storage cabinet. The disclosed embodiments also describe a door for a cable storage cabinet. The example door includes a hinge control and handle system which allows the door to be opened along either side to therefore allow the door to be opened either way from a single handle. The disclosed embodiments also describes an indicator system which informs a user when the door for the cable storage cabinet is in either a closed position or an open position. Each of these embodiments improves the utility and safety of cable management, particularly within cable storage cabinets.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT SURFACE AND SYSTEM FOR ENCOURAGING HUMAN MOVEMENT AND PROMOTING WELLNESS
A height adjustable table assembly system comprising a worktop, a frame, a height adjustment subassembly integrated into the table assembly and adapted to cause worktop elevation adjustment, a user interface and a processor programmed to perform the steps of, while the worktop is at a current elevation position, upon sensing a quick multiple activation of the interface, controlling the height adjustment subassembly to move the worktop to a stored elevation position and upon sensing a prolonged activation of the interface, controlling the height adjustment subassembly to change worktop elevation while the prolonged activation persists.
Rail or bar organizer system
An office desktop organizer system including a rigid, tubular section with a triangular cross-section joinable with more sections in series via a connector joint in between sections and end caps covering the opposite ends of the tubular sections. The connector joints may be straight or have a bend. Add on office implements, such as a storage shelf, a drawer, a pencil box, a tape dispenser, a bin, a phone dock, a note pad stand, a USB port, or an AC outlet power center, each having an overarching arm, are connectable to the tubular section by engaging the overarching arm thereto. Eyelets in the end caps and connector joints allow the tubular section to be mounted to a wall using a screw, push pins, tape, etc. where the screw or pin head fits into the eyelet.
Furniture device with height-adjustable top board
A furniture device (1) with a height-adjustable top board includes a top board; extendable and contractable legs equipped with an upper support configured to support the top board, and a lower support configured to support the upper support to be movable upward and downward; and a decorative member (18) which covers the lower support (9A) of the legs. An arbitrary color is given to the decorative member.
Angular Vertical Cable Manager
A cable manager can include a base, a first arm, and a second arm. The first arm can extend from one side of the base at a first angle that is greater than about 90 degrees and less than about 180 degrees, and can be configured to be coupled to a first electronic equipment rack. The second arm can extend from another side of the base at a second angle that is greater than about 90 degrees and less than about 180 degrees, and can be configured to be coupled to a second electronic equipment rack.
RAIL SYSTEM FOR WORKSPACE WITH MODULAR COMPONENTS
A rail system for a workspace. The system may include at least one mounting mechanism and an elongated rail. Each mounting mechanism is configured for attachment to the rail and configured for attachment to an edge of, or a surface of, a table or desk, so that the mounting mechanism(s) support the rail relative to said surface. The elongated rail is configured to extend horizontally relative to and above the surface of the table or desk. The elongated rail has at least a front surface, a bottom surface/edge, and a back surface, as well as mounting slots. In some instances, a channel (or trough) is defined between the front and back surfaces, which extends between first and second ends of the elongated rail. The rail accommodates placement of electrical cords to/from a power source, for mounting components (e.g., clamps, brackets, release mechanisms) and/or for connecting accessories thereto.
Device for cable management
A device for cable management has a rectangular cloth that is tightened from four corners to an underside of a table. The cloth supports cables, power sources or other electrical accessories against the table. The cloth may be canvas, fabric, net, mesh or similar, made from flexible thin material. The cloth is lifted close to the table by tightening a cord that travels inside the outer seams. The cord is tightened against four fastening means at each corner of the rectangular cloth. The arrangement allows items of various sizes and shapes to be supported and gently pushed against the underside of the table.
Display apparatus and wall mounting device for display apparatus
There is provided a wall mounting device for mounting a display apparatus on a wall, the wall mounting device including: a display apparatus coupling unit coupled with a central portion of the display apparatus along a first direction and including a plurality of locking parts arranged in a second direction, the second direction being substantially perpendicular to the first direction; and a wall coupling unit configured to be coupled with the wall and including a plurality of supporting sections arranged along the second direction configured to support the plurality of locking parts.
Elliptically Rotating Cable Organizing Device
A cable organizing device is disclosed. A tray, mountable adjacent an underside of a working surface, comprises opposed side walls and a distal back wall joined by a tray floor, the tray floor comprising a U-shaped trough along a proximal side forming a front side wall of the tray. The distal back wall comprises notches along its upper edge opposite the floor. A distal portion of the side walls comprises mounting tabs comprising an eccentric hinge point around which the tray rotates elliptically, rotating the back wall of the tray away from the underside of the working surface. As the tray is rotated away from the underside of the working surface an opening is formed above the back wall to allow electrical cable components to pass the notches into the tray and loose cable components in the tray slide into the U-shaped trough.
Height adjustable support surface and system for encouraging human movement and promoting wellness
A system and method for controlling a height adjustable workstation that includes a worktop supported by a frame, a processor, and a vertical displacement drive mechanism controllable by the processor to change the elevation of the worktop to different worktop elevation positions, the method comprising the steps of sensing the presence of a workstation user within a space associated with the workstation, tracking the duration of time that the worktop is in at least a first position while a user is within the space associated with the workstation and providing the user with a reminder to change the current position of the worktop to another position when the tracked duration of time reaches a threshold level by driving the worktop through at least one vertical displacement that is perceptible to the workstation user.
