A disgregating device of biological material, comprising: a hollow outer body, defining an inner chamber; a fixed disgregating grid, having a plurality of microholes provided with sharp edges, and housed transversely in the inner chamber so as to define an upper loading chamber apt to be loaded with the biological material to be disgregated and a lower collecting chamber apt to collect the biological material, after it has been disgregated; and a bladed rotor, rotating in the inner chamber, apt to co-operate, rotating, with the fixed disgregating grid, so as to feed and bring the biological material, contained in the upper loading chamber, into contact with the microholes of the disgregating grid and therefore cause the disgregation of the biological material making it pass through these microholes.

Bone grinder promoting bone osteoinductivity
A bone grinder may have a grinding chamber, an intermediate zone, and a primary cutting element and a secondary cutting element. The intermediate zone may have a first wall and a second wall within the grinding chamber, and the intermediate zone may separate the primary cutting element from the secondary cutting element. The first wall and the second wall may slope inward such that a distance between the first wall and the second wall generally decreases from the primary cutting element to the secondary cutting element. The primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element may be positioned within the grinding chamber to sequentially perform primary cutting operations and secondary cutting operations on a bone. A drive mechanism may operatively engage the primary cutting element and the secondary cutting element.
POTENTIATING IMMUNE RESPONSE AGAINST CANCER

The method includes administering splenocytes harvested from all or a part of a patient's spleen. The splenocytes can be administered in combination with a biological response modifier to potentiate an immune response against a cancer, non-cancerous tumor or both in a patient.

Bone preparation device
An assembly for preparing bone stock includes a shell (52) comprising a base (54) having a support surface (56), and a lid (58). The base and lid have a void space (60) therebetween. A carriage (62) is disposed at least partially within the void space, and moveable across the support surface. The carriage comprises a wall (64), at least a portion (65) of which is resiliently deformable. The wall cooperates with the base to define a preparation chamber (66), and a removal element (68) configured to remove soft tissue from the bone stock is disposed at least partially therein. The resilient portion of the wall is configured to deform when bone stock is positioned between the removal element and the wall. The carriage is configured to receive power from a drive train to actuate movement of the carriage across the support surface, and the removal element is also configured to receive power from the drive train.
