A cardboard shredder provides a shredder for cardboard to facilitate recycling while reducing storage space needed before cardboard enters a recycling stream cutting out the middle man, thus the recycler receives uncontaminated cardboard since it is not mixed in with other materials. The manufacturer receives clean shredded cardboard for reuse, reducing headcount for the plant by reducing and eliminating their shredders being jammed with plastic. Thus, an improvement in efficiency and reduction in costs of material and water.

Lead needle and lead slime separator for treating thin lead grid of waste lead-acid storage battery

A lead needle and lead slime separator for treating thin lead grid of waste lead-acid storage battery, includes: a barrel body, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant balls, a feed device, a bracket device, a discharge device and a driver. A feed hole is arranged at one end of the barrel body, a discharge port is arranged at the other end of the barrel body. The feed device is mounted at the feed hole, and the discharge device is mounted at the discharge hole. The bracket device is connected to the barrel body, the driver is connected to the barrel body. The corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant balls are arranged in the barrel body. The separator can make the thin lead grid separation complete, clean and impurity-free. It does not need to be melted at high temperature in the melting furnace.

METHOD AND PLANT FOR THE PROCESSING OF WASTE
20220241794 · 2022-08-04 ·

A plant for the processing of waste includes an outer housing and a grinding cell, in which a grinding chamber is defined having at least one inlet opening for introducing the waste to be processed, and at least one outlet opening for discharging the material resulting from waste processing. The openings are associated with a corresponding closure element, adapted to isolate the grinding chamber from the outer environment. The outer housing defines therein a space receiving the grinding cell and integrally surrounds the grinding cell, and in which the space is accessible through at least one door.

Kitchen waste processor and method for processing kitchen waste
11433399 · 2022-09-06 ·

A kitchen waste processor includes a base including a basket which has a heater located therein. A driver rotates the basket which is pivotably supported by a support. A container is located in the basket and protrudes beyond the open top of the basket. A cover has a hole defined centrally therethrough, and a seal is located within the hole. A vacuum suction pipe or a blade shaft extends through the hole. A locking device is located between the container and the cover to seal the cover to the container. The container receives kitchen waste and bacteria therein. The heater heats the container while the container is driven by the driver to spin, so that the kitchen waste in the container is fermented under high temperature to transfer the kitchen waste into fertilizer.
