Multi-blade hammer assembly
A hammer assembly that will mount in a grinder/shredder/hammer mill type machine. A tool holder is milled with dovetail/angular slots along each side of the hammer tool holder, which allows milled blade to slide in to place and be securely held in position. The simple milled slot located in the middle of each blade that allows a single mounting block/bolt to securely hold each blade in position. This results in the ability to rotate and/or interchange blades. The tool holder allows single or multiple blade/hammer inserts to be installed without having to remove a hammer pin, so the tool holder stays in the machine, and the blades can be easily removed. This arrangement allows the tool holder to stay in place, and enables the simple removal of a single bolt and retention block and then flip or rotate the hammer to get additional wear surfaces or install new blades.
REFINING PLATE PROVIDED WITH REFINING BARS HAVING EDGE CREATING BAR CAVITIES
Disclosed is a refiner plate (1) that is adapted to be attached to a rotatable refiner disc (10) on a refiner (100) for mechanical treatment of lignocellulosic material. The refiner plate (1) comprises a refining surface (11) that is adapted to be arranged oppositely a second refining surface (21) of a second refiner disc (20) on said refiner (100). The refining surface (11) is provided with a plurality of refining bars (110), where at least one of the refining bars (110) is provided with cavities (111) that are at least partially embedded in the refining bars. Moreover, at least one cavity (111) provided on the at least one refining bar (110) have one end (111a) arranged closer to the leading edge (112) of a refining bar (110) and one end (111b) arranged closer to the trailing edge (113) of the refining bar and wherein the depth dimension of the cavity at the end (111a) is smaller than the depth dimension of the cavity at the end (111b).
SCREW FLIGHT SYSTEM, REPLACEMENT KIT, A VERTICAL GRINDING MILL, AND METHOD OF MOUNTING THE SAME
A screw flight system including a helical screw flight, and at least one wear lining element is disclosed. The screw flight system further includes a guiding system including at least one guide pin configured to be arranged on one of the helical screw flight and the at least one wear lining element, and at least one guide hole arranged on the other of the helical screw flight and the at least one wear lining element, wherein the at least one guide hole being configured to receive the at least one guide pin. A vertical grinding mill including the screw flight system, a replacement kit of wear lining elements, and a method for mounting thereof are also disclosed.
HEAT SHIELD FOR CONE CRUSHER
A mantle is provided that is disposed over a cone head of a cone crusher, including an outer surface designed to cooperate with a crusher liner to crush rocks that enter a crushing zone between the outer surface of the mantle and the crusher liner. Also provided is a mantle nut and washer assembly for mounting the mantle to the cone head. The mantle includes a flange extending around an inner surface of the mantle between the inner surface of the mantle and the mantle nut and washer assembly to absorb heat generated when performing cutting operations to remove and replace the mantle.
Material reduction system and processing tools for a material processing machine
A material reduction system and processing tool for a material processing machine. The material reduction system comprises a tool holder fixedly mounted to a rotary drum. A leading member defines a raker surface oriented away from the operating direction at a first predefined angle. A processing tool is removably coupled to the tool holder. A leading face of the processing tool is oriented toward the operating direction at a second predefined angle. The first and second predefined angles are such that material is directed into contact with the reducing member to limit material contact with the tool body and the tool holder. An upper flange of the processing tool directly abuts the tool holder to direct material away from the tool holder. The upper flange and a lower flange define a tool recess configured to receive a projection from the tool holder to prevent rotation of the processing tool.
STRIKING TOOL FOR USE IN A HIGH SPEED COMMINUTION MILL
This disclosure relates to a striking tool for use in a high velocity, high impact energy comminution mill. The tool comprises an elongate body attachable at a first end to the comminution mill, and further comprises a wear resistant element for improving the wear resistance of the striking tool. The wear resistant element comprises a plurality of individual units.
Wear-Resistant Rubber Compositions, Systems, And Methods
This disclosure relates to wear-resistant rubber compositions, such as those, for example, comprising at least one hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene, at least one natural rubber, at least one polymerization accelerant; at least one sulfur; and at least one polybutadiene, wherein the wear-resistant rubber composition may have an effective cross-linking density of at least about 3010.sup.5 moles/cm.sup.3.
Tooth block for a demolition tool
A tooth shroud for a demolition tool is disclosed wherein forces produced during demolition operations may be dissipated so as to avoid excessive forces at stress points. A tooth block for a demolition tool comprises a first tooth shroud and a second tooth shroud. The first and second tooth shroud each comprising a body having a front wall and an end wall wherein a cavity is enclosed by the front wall and the end wall; an impact member extending longitudinally from the body; and a cut-out disposed on the end wall, wherein the first tooth shroud is connected to the second tooth shroud.
Locking nut and washer
A locking nut (10) and washer (12) for use with a threaded bolt. The locking nut (10) has a tool engaging portion (14), a threaded aperture (20), and a washer engaging portion (18). The washer (12) has a locking nut engaging portion (28, 36) and an aperture (32). When the washer engaging portion (18) engages the locking nut engaging portion (28, 36), the threaded aperture (20) and the aperture (32) align to be at least substantially concentric so as to receive the threaded bolt. In this manner, when the tool engaging portion (14) is appropriately manipulated to force the locking nut (10) in a first direction along the threaded bolt, the engagement between the tool engaging portion (14) and the locking nut engaging portion (28, 36) also causes the washer (12) to move along the threaded bolt in the same direction.
Abrasion resistant wear part for VSI crusher rotor
An abrasion resistant wear plate is mountable within a rotor or a vertical shaft impact crusher to protect the rotor from material fed into the rotor. The wear plate includes a main body that mounts and supports at least one abrasion resistant insert to define, in part, a contact face over which feed material is configured to flow.
