BRACKET AND OVERTURN PREVENTING DEVICE
Enabling an overturn preventing device to be installed even when a space between a top surface of an article and a ceiling is narrow. A bracket of an overturn preventing device is mounted to a piece of furniture to be prevented from overturn. The bracket has a lower part supporting a first base of a damper of the overturn preventing device at a position lower than a top surface of the furniture. The overturn preventing device can be easily installed even when a space between the top surface of the furniture and the ceiling is narrow.
SAFETY SYSTEM CAPABLE OF PREVENTING ACCIDENT CONCERNING CHEST OF DRAWERS
Disclosed herein is a safety system for a chest of drawers having drawers. The safety system includes: a sensing unit configured to detect a signal when each of drawers is pulled forward; a drive unit configured to include a drive source and a sliding unit which is linearly moved by the operation of the drive source; and a control unit configured to perform control so that the drive unit operates in accordance with a distance, to which the drawer has been pulled forward, based on the signal of the sensing unit.
SLIDE RAIL MECHANISM
A slide rail mechanism is configured to a cabinet. The slide rail mechanism includes a first rail assembly, a second rail assembly and a working member. The first and second assemblies are arranged on the cabinet. The working member is shiftable with respect to the cabinet. When a second rail of the first rail assembly is opened with respect to a first rail, the working member is moved in a transverse direction for preventing a fourth rail of the second rail assembly to be opened from a retracted position with respect to a third rail.
ANTI-OVERTURNING CABINET STRUCTURE
An anti-overturning device for cabinet and its cabinet structure is disclosed in the present invention. The anti-overturning device comprises a first fixing member, a second fixing component and a connecting part. The first fixing component is used for arranging detachably on the outside of the cabinet bottom. The second fixing component includes at least a second opening, and the second opening is used for fixing on the auxiliary wheel or on the ground. The anti-overturning devices are provided evenly on the periphery of the cabinet bottom. The anti-overturning devices change the horizontal position of the original overturning pivot of the cabinet and enlarge the overturning angle to prevent from overturning the cabinet.
Method and apparatus for articulating feet of a freezer door
An appliance having at least a freezer compartment. The appliance may include a at least one freezer door accessing the freezer compartment. The freezer door may include one or more articulating feet positionable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The freezer door may include one or more handles. The appliance may include one or more freezer racks.
OVERTURN PREVENTING DEVICE AND METHOD OF MOUNTING THE SAME
Providing an overturn preventing device which can be easily mounted between a top surface of a piece of furniture and a ceiling and a method of mounting the overturn preventing device. The overturn preventing device includes a damper and a pair of bases. The damper has a cylinder and a piston slidably housed in the cylinder. The damper is mounted between a top surface of a piece of furniture (article) installed on an installation surface and a ceiling. The paired bases are respectively coupled to two ends of the damper. One of the bases abuts against the top surface of the furniture and the other base abuts against the ceiling. The cylinder has an inlet through which a hydraulic fluid (operating liquid) is poured into the cylinder.
OVERTURN PREVENTING DEVICE
Providing an overturn preventing device which can inform in a case where a load applied to a base has changed. The overturn preventing device includes a damper to be mounted between a top surface of an article installed on an installation surface and a ceiling, and a pair of bases respectively coupled to both ends of the damper. One of the bases abuts against the top surface of the article and the other base abutting against the ceiling. The device further includes a shape-changeable part (an informing part) which informs in a case where the base has been subjected to a predetermined load.
FIRST TRIMESTER EPIGENETIC AND MICRORNA BIOMARKERS FOR PREECLAMPSIA
The subject invention pertains to biomarkers for identifying a subject as having high risk of the development PE. The biomarkers presented herein include miRNAs, post-translational modification of histone proteins, amount, expression and/or activity of histone or DNA modifying enzymes and methylation of sites in the genomic DNA. In certain embodiments, increased miR-17, increased acetylation of H4 histone protein, decreased amount, expression and/or activity of HDAC5 mRNA or protein or increased methylation of DNA at the genomic site CYP19A1 in the blood, serum or plasma of a subject compared to that of a control subject is used to predict the development of PE in the subject. The invention also provides kits and reagents to conduct assays to quantify biomarkers described herein. The invention further provides the methods of treating and/or managing PE in a subject identified as having a high risk of the development of PE.
Multi-arm display anti-toppling mechanism
Adjustable computer touchscreen display mounting device adds an anti-toppling support system to prevent a computer touchscreen display device from toppling despite multiple operating positions. The touchscreen display may be repositioned in a variety of touch modes, which are primarily horizontal, and/or monitor modes, which are primarily vertical. A display base is held close to a desk surface whenever a toppling force is exerted on the display base. One anti-toppling support system pivotally connects anti-toppling arms, one arm being attached to a desk and another arm attached to the display base. In one touch mode, the touchscreen display is extended away from the display base far enough to shift a center of gravity for the combination of display and base outside of the base footprint.
ARTICLE EQUIPPED WITH OVERTURN PREVENTING DEVICE
Providing an article equipped with an overturn preventing device, which can add an overturn preventing function to the article itself and can reduce work burdens and management burdens at the time of the mounting. A piece of furniture includes a furniture body to be disposed between an installation surface and a ceiling at a time of installation and an abutting member to be disposed between the ceiling and the furniture body at the time of installation. The furniture further includes an operating part having a damper having two ends one of which is coupled to the furniture body and the other of which is coupled to the abutting member. The operating part is operated such that the damper becomes a contracted state when the abutting member is disposed at an initial position near the article body side and that the abutting member is moved to a developed position upwardly farther away from the furniture body than the initial position according to extension of the damper thereby to be caused to abut against the ceiling.
