System and Method for the Gravimetric Sorting of a Mixture of Substances
The invention relates to a system for the gravimetric sorting of a mixture of substances during the processing and/or the recycling of residual building materials and/or demolition materials, comprising a fractioning unit (2) adapted to divide the mixture of substances into at least m fractions (A, B, C); at least n.Math.m gravimetric densimetric tables (A.1, A.2.2, A.3.2), arranged in m cascades each with at least n densimetric tables distributed to n stages, wherein the fractioning unit is coupled to them densimetric tables (A.1) of the first stage such that a different one of the at least m fractions can be supplied to each of the densimetric tables of the first stage; wherein, within each cascade, each densimetric table of a considered stage (A.2.2, A.3.2) is coupled to a densimetric table (A.1, A.2.2) of the preceding stage such that either the first partial fraction or the second partial fraction (12, 22) of the densimetric table (A.1, A.2.2) of the preceding stage can be supplied to the densimetric table (A.2.2, A.3.2) of the considered stage. An appropriate method is also part of the invention.
Pulverizing Dry-washer
A pulverizing dry-washer includes a frame, an upper feeder, a bi-directional pulverizing box, a recovery unit, and a counterweight fan assembly. The upper feeder is angularly attached to an upper end of the frame so that the ore can be screened and discharged into the bi-directional pulverizing box that is positioned below the upper feeder. The bi-directional pulverizing box is mounted onto the recovery unit to further to screen the ore that receives from the upper feeder. A riffle board within the recovery unit is then able to trap precious metal while clay/sedimentary material are discharged through the end of the recovery unit. The counterweight fan assembly is mounted within the recovery unit. An air flow is introduced into the recovery unit via the counterweight fan assembly so that the recovery unit and the bi-directional pulverizing box can be vibrated to separate the precious metal from clay/sedimentary material.
SHAKER TABLE
A shaker table for settling randomly oriented items in a generally rectangular container with sidewalls prone to bulge at lower portions thereof, including a pan with a generally horizontal bottom for supporting the container and an underlying pallet while being shaken, a power drive for shaking the pan, container, and pallet, and side restraints limiting lateral movement of the container during shaking movement.

FLUIDIZED INERTIA TABLE
A fluidized inertia table for separating materials between an upstream delivery station and a downstream receiving station is provided. The fluidized inertia table for separating materials creates a moment of inertia and/or rotary motion which are then translated into reciprocating or jarring motions and separates the materials loaded onto the tray.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION OF MATERIALS CONTAMINATED WITH HEAVY MINERALS
The invention relates to a method and system for the environmental remediation of materials that are contaminated with heavy minerals, such as heavy metals. The invention finds utility in removing heavy minerals from materials such as soils, sediments, mine tailings and ores. The invention provides a means for removing heavy minerals from contaminated materials without the use of water while reducing the generation of dust. Thus, the invention provides an environmentally friendly method for the remediation of sites that are contaminated with heavy minerals.
