Method and apparatus for recycling laminated windshields
A method for separating glass from a laminate of glass and binder by breaking sheets of laminated glass into pieces; placing the pieces into a chamber with water; and then pressurizing the chamber, whereby the glass separates from binder; and removing the separated glass from the chamber. The separation can be enhanced by agitating and alternately pressurizing the chamber and freezing the water in the chamber.

An apparatus for processing aggregate material comprising an inclined trough having a pair of shafts rotatably mounted therein, the shafts having staggered blades arranged pass between one another during rotation of the shafts and angled to carry material towards an upper end of the trough, excess water and any floating trash passing over a weir adjacent a lower end of the trough onto the deck of a first vibratory screen, and a second vibatory screen being mounted adjacent the upper end of the trough for receiving particulate material from the upper end of the trough, the second vibratory screen having at least one deck for grading the material, wherein water collected in a sump of the first vibratory screen is arranged to pass into a sump of the second vibratory screen.
PAN AND METHOD OF PANNING
A gold pan and method of panning. A concave pan with lip and an array of curved ribs with linear central regions coupled to and extending above and forward from lip, each rib including a cavity oriented to be orthogonal to the concavity of the pan to trap material flowing thereover. The lip has a front region with a greater radius of curvature than a radius of curvature of a back region. There are a plurality of finishing fins extending into an interior of the concave pan from a back wall or side wall thereof. Panning is performed by disposing particulate material within a provided pan; flowing material over the ribs; flowing material over a plurality of finishing fins; collecting particulate material in a corner of a flat bottom; tipping the pan; and tapping a side thereof to separate heavies.

A system and method of scheduling tasks, comprising receiving activity and performance data from registers or storage locations maintained by hardware and an operating system; storing calibration coefficients associated with the activity and performance data; computing an energy dissipation rate based on at least the activity and performance data; and scheduling tasks under the operating system based on the computed energy dissipation rate.

MATERIAL WASHING APPARATUS
A washing apparatus comprises a tank in which rotatable, bladed shafts are located. The tank has a closable lower outlet located at a first end of the tank, and an upper outlet located at the first end of the tank, the upper outlet being higher than the lower outlet. A further outlet is located at a second end or between the first and second ends. The tank is disposed at an inclined angle such that the first end of the tank is lower than the second end of the tank, and is movable between a first inclined state in which the inclined angle is relatively shallow, and a second inclined state in which the inclined angle is relatively steep. The apparatus is able to perform the tasks of either a log washer or coarse material washer depending on the angle of inclination.
Energy aware processing load distribution system and method
A method for controlling a data center, comprising a plurality of server systems, each associated with a cooling system and a thermal constraint, comprising: a concurrent physical condition of a first server system; predicting a future physical condition based on a set of future states of the first server system; dynamically controlling the cooling system in response to at least the input and the predicted future physical condition, to selectively cool the first server system sufficient to meet the predetermined thermal constraint; and controlling an allocation of tasks between the plurality of server systems to selectively load the first server system within the predetermined thermal constraint and selectively idle a second server system, wherein the idle second server system can be recruited to accept tasks when allocated to it, and wherein the cooling system associated with the idle second server system is selectively operated in a low power consumption state.

Systems and methods can sort materials of different specific gravities in a mixture. These systems and methods for separation of materials provide multiple forces simultaneously. The system can utilizes both vertical and the horizontal forces for efficient separation of materials with different specific gravities.
RELOCATING CANNABIS TRICHOME SEPARATOR
A Cannabis trichome separator. At least one storage vessels are provided, each vessel having an open top and adapted to receive a plant material and chilled or ice water mixture. A mechanism for agitating the mixture is also provided. Another mechanism raises, lowers, and pivots the agitating mechanism, so the agitating mechanism can be placed over the open top of each of the at least one storage vessels. The mixture can be agitated in each of the storage vessels, seriatim. Also disclosed is a method for processing raw plant material. A plant material and chilled or ice water is introduced into each of at least one storage vessels. The agitating mechanism agitates the mixture in a first of the storage vessels, pivoting the agitating mechanism from a first position to a second position, and agitating the mixture in subsequent storage vessels, seriatim.
