WIRE ELECTRODE CLEANING IN IONIZING BLOWERS
Apparatuses for converting a non-ionized gas stream into an ionized gas stream are disclosed. Disclosed apparatus include an ionizing wire electrode at least partially disposed within and stationary relative to a channel. A frame has plural support elements for supporting the ionizing wire. The frame is configured to make full rotations around the channel in a first rotation direction while applying tension to the ionizing wire. The support elements are configured to physically remove material from the ionizing wire while the support elements are moved along the wire by the frame rotation.
Cylindrical IFD filter
The present invention discloses a cylindrical IFD filter, comprising a dust collecting module and a field power module interval arranged inside the channel of the dust collecting module, a plurality of field power module units are symmetrically and vertically spaced arranged on the side wall of the field power module; a plurality of layers of the dust collecting module channels which are stacked vertically are pass-through arranged on the dust collecting module, and each barrier wall between the vertical adjacent dust collecting module channels is alternately disposed as a pair of positive plate and negative plate, each barrier wall between the vertical adjacent dust collecting module channels comprises polar plate electrode and a polar plate coating coated on the upper and bottom walls of the polar plate electrode; and each barrier wall between the lateral adjacent dust collecting module channels adopts same coating material as the polar plate coating. The present invention has the advantages of having larger particulate contaminant charge and higher filtering efficiency.
Electrostatic air filter
An electronic air filter containing a tubular collecting electrode and an ion emitting electrode located concentrically inside of the tube-like collecting electrode, the collecting electrode consists of outer electrically conductive shell and inner layer made of open cell porous material.
METHOD OF INCREASING PARTICULATE SIZE
This invention relates to a method of increasing the size of particulates in a gas comprising particulates, e.g. a gas that is formed from the combustion of fuels. The method comprises mixing an ionised gas stream with the gas comprising particulates.
POLLUTION CONTROL SYSTEM
A pollution control system for removing particle and gas phase pollutants in a waste airstream exhausted from commercial cooking operations may include a plurality of filters arranged within a housing for filtering particle and gas phase pollutants in the waste airstream. Various ones of the filters may be composed of a variety of different materials, and ozone may be provided within the housing to assist with removal of the pollutants. In some examples, a wash mechanism may be included to wash surfaces of a filter to remove grease therefrom. In some examples, the system may further include means to spray droplets (such as in a fog or mist form) into the waste airstream to condense a portion of gas phase pollutants into condensed particles.
Electrostatic air cleaner
An electrostatic air cleaner may include a corona charging stage, a precipitation stage, and an air mover (fan). The corona charging stage may include a first and second array placed under electrical potential difference capable of generating a corona discharge. The first array may be substantially parallel corona wires and may be located downstream of an air penetrable second array. The precipitation stage may be downstream from the corona charging stage. The spacing between the first array and the second array may be less than the distance of the precipitation stage to the second array. The air mover may be upstream of the corona charging stage or downstream of the precipitation stage or between these stages. The arrangement allows for higher ion output downstream of the first array with the same voltage and power consumption resulting in greater particle charging and better air cleaning efficiency.
Aircraft proactive air and surface purification component
The present invention provides methods and systems for an ionization device that includes a base portion, a first pair and a second pair of opposed sidewalls extending upwardly from the base portion to form an upper edge, a top portion is engaged to the upper edge, and a cavity is formed within the base portion, the two pairs of opposed sidewalls, and the top portion. A probe assembly is disposed on the top portion, wherein the probe assembly comprises a probe seat selectively secured to an exterior portion of the top portion and a wire extends through the probe seat for supplying electrical current to an emission portion that emits ions.
Filter assembly for ventilation systems, decentralized living space ventilation system comprising a filter assembly of this type and ventilation unit
A ventilation unit for decentralised room ventilation systems, in which unit at least one reversible fan and a heat reservoir element are supplemented by an electrostatic precipitator for air purification. In addition, a filter assembly is provided for a ventilation system, in particular for a decentralised room ventilation system, having an air duct with an electrostatic precipitator through which an air stream to be purified is forced, with the precipitator extending over a predetermined section of the air duct. The filter assembly has, in the predetermined electrostatic-precipitator section of the air duct, at least one heat reservoir element impinged by the air stream, the electrostatic precipitator and the heat reservoir element thus being spatially restricted relative to one another.
Wire electrode cleaning in ionizing blowers

Disclosed apparatus include an ionizing wire electrode at least partially disposed within and stationary relative to a channel. A frame has plural support elements for supporting the ionizing wire. The frame is configured to make full rotations around the channel in a first rotation direction while applying tension to the ionizing wire. The support elements are configured to physically remove material from the ionizing wire while the support elements are moved along the wire by the frame rotation.
An electrostatic filter and a rack for filter plates of an electrostatic filter
The invention relates to a rack (21, 27, 28) for supporting electrostatic filter plates (22, 23) of an electrostatic filter (20). The rack (21, 27, 28) is an elongated member comprising a plurality of notches (11) on a longitudinal side of the rack (21, 27, 28) for supporting a plate (22, 23) arranged to a notch (11). The rack (21, 27, 28) further comprises a slot (26) for adhesive arranged to be used at least for attaching the plates (22, 23) to the rack (21, 27, 28). The slot (26) is arranged on the opposite side of the rack (21, 27, 28) than notches (11). There is also an opening (24) in the first group of plates (22) at that point where the plates (22) are aligned with the voltage supply rack (28) but which are not attached to that rack (28). The invention further relates to an electrostatic filter (20) comprising a plurality of racks.
