The present invention relates to an electrification apparatus for electric dust collection and an air conditioner for a vehicle including the same. According to the teachings of the present invention, there is provided an electrification apparatus for electric dust collection including: a frame which forms an outer appearance; conductive microfibers which are installed in the frame and generates ions in the air; and conductive plates which are installed in the frame and generate a potential difference with the conductive microfibers. The conductive plates are disposed so as to surround the conductive microfibers to form an electrification space in which an electric field is generated. At this time, the electrification space is a rectangular columnar shaped space.
ELECTRIFICATION APPARATUS FOR ELECTRIC DUST COLLECTION AND AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE INCLUDING SAME
The present invention relates to an electrification apparatus for electric dust collection and an air conditioner for a vehicle comprising the same. According to the teachings of the present invention, there is provided an electrification apparatus for electric dust collection including: a frame, conductive microfiber and conductive. The frame includes a main body frame in which the conductive plate is installed and an installation frame in which a fixing groove in which the conductive microfiber is installed is formed. At this time, the electrification apparatus for electric dust collection further includes a rubber which is coupled with the conductive microfiber and is inserted into the fixing groove.
Anion Air Purifier
An anion air purifier includes an air quality sensor control module, a high-voltage generator module arranged on a back side of the air quality sensor control module, and an anion generator module arranged on the back side of the high-voltage generator module. The air quality sensor control module includes a plurality of sensing elements arranged therein for sensing air qualities. The high-voltage generator module includes an anode dust arrester upwardly and protrudingly arranged at a center thereof. The anode dust arrester is a round flat hollow structure. The anion generator module includes a plurality of pins arranged thereon for releasing anion. Particles in the air binding with anion will be charged, so as to be attached on the anode dust arrester when flowing thereby and therefore leave clean air flow. Accordingly, it can effectively eliminate particles of the air, release massive clean air, and lower unnecessary ozonized ions.
Dust collector and air conditioner
A dust collector in an embodiment includes: a discharge electrode having tips; a counter electrode including a plurality of conductor plates each having an end opposed to the discharge electrode and arrange side by side in a plate thickness direction; and a power supply that applies voltage between the discharge electrode and the counter electrode. The counter electrode has a first region closer to the tips and a second region farther from the tips than the first region, and at least one of an interval, a distance from the tips, and a shape of at least part of ends in the first region is different from an interval, a distance, or a shape in the second region.
A GAS PURIFYING APPARATUS
A gas purifying apparatus, including: at least one cylindrical ground electrode configured to receive gas flowing therethrough; a discharge electrode disposed centrally within each of the at least one cylindrical ground electrode; and a power supply electrically connected to the discharge electrode and the at least one cylindrical ground electrode so as to produce an electric field and a corona discharge from the discharge electrode to a corresponding cylindrical ground electrode to generate ions and free electrons into the gas to ionise substances in the gas for gas purification, wherein the discharge electrode and the corresponding cylindrical ground electrode form at least one plasma chamber when power from the power supply is applied, and wherein the discharge electrode includes: at least one annular plate having an outer edge extending towards the corresponding cylindrical ground electrode.
AIR CLEAN FILTER, HYBRID AIR CLEAN FILTER AND AIR CLEANER
A filter media of purifying air by collecting floating particles in the air can achieve high dust collecting efficiency, low pressure loss, and a long life cycle. In an air cleaner, a filter media included in an air cleaning filter and cleaning air is constituted with a resin fiber of a mean fiber diameter of 3.6 m to 16.5 m, and a ratio of weight per unit area to the mean fiber diameter of the filter media is from 1010.sup.6 g/m.sup.3 to 2010.sup.6 g/m.sup.3.
FLUX COLLECTION METHOD AND FLUX COLLECTION APPARATUS
A method and an apparatus for collecting flux in a way that improves the cleanliness inside a furnace by improving flux collection efficiency, reduces flux viscosity to maintain a liquid state even at ordinary temperature, and makes the flux collection unit more easily serviceable includes a rosin particle contained in an atmosphere gas, and vapor of a solvent or an atomized solvent particle are mixed in a mixing section provided upstream of a flux collection unit-side inlet, and a gas containing a mixed particle is cleaned by means of electrostatic precipitation. The solvent particle adheres to the rosin particle, and forms an aggregate of large particle size that can be more easily charged by corona discharge. This improves the flux collection rate of electrostatic precipitation collection, and, because the rosin particle dissolves in the solvent particle, the collected flux can have reduced viscosity.
Wearable air purifier
A wearable air purifier includes at least one wearable component, a control unit, at least one speaker assembly and at least one negative ion generating component. The control unit is disposed inside the at least one wearable component. The at least one speaker assembly is disposed on the at least one wearable component and electrically connected to the control unit. The at least one negative ion generating component is disposed on the at least one wearable component and electrically connected to the control unit. The control unit provides high-voltage currents to the at least one negative ion generating component to enable the at least one negative ion generating component to emit negative ions by corona discharging, and the control unit further provides audio signals to the at least one speaker assembly to activate the at least one speaker assembly to generate sound.

In a particle counter and a method of counting a number of particles, the particle counter includes a casing made of a ceramic, an electric charge adder configured to add electric charges to particles in a measurement target gas supplied into the casing, a first electric charge collector configured to collect the electric charges added to the particles, and a number measuring unit configured to measure a number of the particles based on a quantity of the collected electric charges.
Charging device and electric dust collector
A charging device or an electric dust collector has a downstream side grounded electrode plate 90 placed so as to obstruct the flow of a dust-containing air and having openings 91 for allowing the dust-containing air to pass therethrough, a supporting plate 60 placed on the upstream side of the electrode plate 90, and downstream side discharging electrodes 80b supported by the supporting plate 60 so as to extend from the supporting plate 60 towards the electrode plate 90, and placed so as to correspond to the openings 91. The tip parts of the discharging electrodes 80b penetrate the openings 91 and project to the downstream side of the electrode plate 90, and the tip part of each discharging electrode 80b and the edge part of each opening 91 are positioned so as to have a predetermined gap between them.
