Solvent separation method and solvent separation apparatus
Provided is a solvent separation method and a solvent separation apparatus that make it possible to efficiently retrieve the thermal energy possessed by an exhaust atmosphere released in a solvent-removal step to suppress reductions in a temperature of the exhaust atmosphere. In the solvent separation method and the solvent separation apparatus, a vaporized solvent is removed from a gas while heat exchange between the gas within a condensation part and the gas within a dust-collection part is conducted by using a heat exchange part that is placed between the condensation part that introduces the gas into a first direction and the dust-collection part that introduce the gas into a second direction opposite to the first direction the gas discharged from a downstream side of the condensation part.
Charging device and electric dust collector
A charging device or an electric dust collector has a downstream side grounded electrode plate 90 placed so as to obstruct the flow of a dust-containing air and having openings 91 for allowing the dust-containing air to pass therethrough, a supporting plate 60 placed on the upstream side of the electrode plate 90, and downstream side discharging electrodes 80b supported by the supporting plate 60 so as to extend from the supporting plate 60 towards the electrode plate 90, and placed so as to correspond to the openings 91. The tip parts of the discharging electrodes 80b penetrate the openings 91 and project to the downstream side of the electrode plate 90, and the tip part of each discharging electrode 80b and the edge part of each opening 91 are positioned so as to have a predetermined gap between them.
NEW TYPE OF ELECTROSTATIC BARBED WIRE AND BARBED NET
A new type of electrostatic barbed wire includes a plurality of barbs. The plurality of the barbs are woven together to form a fixed body with a strip-like structure. Ends of the plurality of the barbs are located outside the fixed body. A barbed net is also disclosed. The barbed net is woven by the electrostatic barbed wire. In the present application, the proposed new type of electrostatic barbed wire and barbed net are woven with the plurality of the barbs, and a processing technique thereof is simple.
VANE ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPTATOR (VEP) WITH CLEANABLE HORIZONTAL DISCHARGE ELECTRODES AND MOVABLE FLOATING
A vane electrostatic precipitator includes a plurality of vanes and a plurality of horizontal discharge electrodes that follow the contour of the vane assembly and are located in front of the vane electrodes. The horizontal discharge electrodes are parallel to the vane assembly, and are located on an angle matching an operating angle of the vane assembly. The precipitator also preferably includes a plurality of concentric, moveable tubular scrapers that keep the horizontal discharge electrodes clean during the process.
Electrostatic precipitation device for removing particles in explosive gases
There is provided an electrostatic precipitation device of explosive exhaust gas particles that can remove by unipolar charging a particulate material such as SiO.sub.2 that is included in an explosive exhaust gas by charging the explosive exhaust gas with an indirect charging method of charging through ions that are injected from the outside.
