EXHAUST GAS TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
An exhaust gas dust removal system, comprising a dust removal system inlet, a dust removal system outlet and an electric field apparatus, the electric field apparatus comprising an electric field apparatus inlet, an electric field apparatus outlet, a dust removal electric field cathode and a dust removal electric field anode, the dust removal electric field cathode and the dust removal electric field anode being used for producing an ionising dust removal electric field. A dust collection area of the dust removal electric field anode is larger than a discharge area of the dust removal electric field cathode, so that an asymmetric electrode attraction force is produced between the electrodes, to reduce electric field couplings.

A filter for treating a fluid in a piping, in particular a piping included in a water supply network, includes: a main body having at least one internal chamber and a filtering element for treating the fluid, the filtering element having at least one magnetic element housed at least partially in the chamber and adapted to intercept and trap the ferrous impurities that are present in the fluid to be treated. At least one magnetic detector is associated with the main body for detecting the magnetic field generated by the at least one magnetic element. A control unit is associated with the at least one magnetic detector, the control unit being adapted to process the magnetic field information received from the at least one magnetic detector and to provide an indication about the quantity of impurities that have accumulated on the filtering element.
Electronic control system for electrostatic precipitators connected in series
The invention concerns an electrostatic precipitator comprising an ionisation stage, a collector stage and a power supply. The power supply comprises a first high-voltage power supply unit for applying a first DC high voltage to the ionization stage and a second high-voltage power supply unit for applying a second DC high voltage to the collector stage. The first high-voltage power supply unit is configured to operate the ionization stage current-controlled. A current sensor required for this is advantageously arranged in the return line carrying low voltage, for which purpose the first high-voltage power supply unit and the second high-voltage power supply unit are galvanically isolated from the mains connection and from each other.
ELECTRIC DUST COLLECTOR
Provided is an electric dust collector comprising a dust collection unit that traps charged particles; and a microwave generation unit that generates a microwave to be introduced into the dust collection unit and combusts the charged particles trapped in the dust collection unit by the microwave.
FILTER-LESS INTELLIGENT AIR PURIFICATION DEVICE
An air purification system for purifying atmospheric air has an ionization chamber that includes a needle arrangement. The needles create a dense and strong electric field when a high voltage is passed to them by the effect of dual charge ionization due to which the suspended particles in the polluted air get clumped together and fall. The second invention is an air monitoring system facilitating a two-way communication with external information sources. It contains gas sensors comprising of an ambient noise sensor, temperature and humidity sensor, and sensors to measure the amount of oxides of nitrogen, Sulphur, carbon and size of suspended particles in the air. The third invention is a theft protection module for the safe keeping of an air purification system.
ELECTROSTATIC PARTICLE COLLECTOR
ESP particle collector (1) for collecting particles in a particle containing gas stream, comprising an inlet section (4), a collector section (6), and an electrode arrangement (8), the inlet section comprising a flow tube (10) defining a gas flow channel (12) therein bounded by a guide wall (24) extending between an entry end (14) and a collector end (16) that serves as an inlet to the collector section (6), the entry end comprising an inlet (28) for the particle gas stream and a sheath flow inlet portion (26) for generating a sheath flow around the particle gas stream, the collector section comprising a housing (18) coupled to the flow tube, and a collector plate (20) mounted therein having a particle collection surface (23). The ESP particle collector comprises an optical measuring instrument (9) configured to transmit light through the collector plate along a centre axis (A) orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the particle collection surface for optical analysis of the collector plate particle collection surface to measure particles collected thereon, and wherein the flow tube has a bent portion (15) such that the entry end (14) is positioned out of the centre axis A to allow the light to be transmitted through the collector plate in the direction of the centre axis and to be picked up without interfering with the gas flow or the gas inlet.
AN AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure envisages an air purification system. The system includes a shell, a blower, an electrode and a plurality of spikes. The shell has electrically-grounded wall(s), an inlet, and an outlet. The blower generates flow of air through the shell. The electrode is fitted within the shell between the inlet and the outlet and is electrically isolated from the shell body. The spikes extend from the electrode. The spikes have tips spaced apart from the inner surfaces of the walls and generate a corona between the tips and the inner surface of the walls when an high voltage electric current is passed through the electrode and thereby ionize gases and charge particles present in the air resulting in the particles being deposited on the inner surface of the walls of the shell.
