DESK MOUNTABLE WORKSTATION
An adjustable desk mountable workstation (90) comprising: a platform (12) adapted to support a computer keyboard thereon; and a pair of symmetrically opposed legs (91) for standing or mounting on a desk and on which the platform (12) is mounted, the legs (91) being adjustable so as to alter the height of the platform (12) above the desk, each leg (91) having outer and inner ends, wherein adjustment of the legs (91) involves concomitant pivoting without displacement at their respective outer ends and pivoting plus horizontal displacement at their respective inner ends, thereby altering the height of the platform (91) with respect to the desk.
Reconfigurable workstation support
A workstation services support structure including a beam supported at or near desk height on one or more legs is described. The beam includes one or more elongate mounting means extending substantially along its length. Each elongate mounting means corresponds to a zone (Zones 1 to 4) in which one or more accessories to support a workstation service can be movably mounted with respect of the beam to enable service delivery at a user selectable position within the zone. The support structure includes a plurality of zones (Zones 1 to 4) that can be defined to be non-overlapping such that an accessory mounted within one zone does not interfere with an accessory mounted within another zone. Legs, accessories and couplings and systems incorporating such elements are also described.
Dual-sided storage bin
A dual-sided storage bin includes a housing containing first and second storage recesses with access openings on opposite sides of the storage bin. The back wall of each storage recess forms a utility surface for the opposite side of the storage bin. As a result, individuals on each side of the storage bin are provided with both a storage recess and a utility surface.
HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE MONITOR STAND INCORPORATING A CHARGING STATION
A monitor stand including a plate with one or more stacks of risers extending downwardly from the plate's bottom surface. A user may adjust the height of the plate relative to a support surface by adding or subtracting risers to each of the one or more stacks. At least one of the risers includes a charging station. The location or orientation of the charging station relative to the plate may be selectively changed by switching the location or orientation of the riser having the charging station. The plate may be rectangular or triangular in shape. One of more computing devices may be placed on the plate's upper surface and be connected to the charging station by cables. The stand may be connected to a remote power source to provide power to the charging station and thereby to charge the connected devices.
EQUIPMENT MOUNTING APPARATUS FOR CONSOLE
Equipment, such as one or more displays, may be mounted on a console. Conventional equipment mounting structures, such as a slat rail, may be static and/or not allow for easy or simple adjustment of their position relative to the work surface. An apparatus for use with a console is provided that includes an equipment mounting structure for mounting equipment thereto and a position adjustment assembly attachable to the console. The equipment mounting structure is mounted to and supported by the position adjustment assembly, the position adjustment assembly includes at least one of: a horizontal adjustment mechanism for adjusting a horizontal position of the equipment mounting structure relative to the console; and a vertical adjustment mechanism for adjusting a vertical position of the equipment mounting structure relative to the console.
MODULAR FURNITURE APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF USING
A modular furniture apparatus comprising: a cabinet having a cuboid shape having a flat top; a support component comprising a unitary body frame structure; a desktop panel having a flat upper surface and a flat opposing lower surface releasably connected to said top surface of said cabinet and said frame via suction cups.
Work station having a multi-purpose work surface
A work station including a base includes a work surface pivotally mounted to the base so as to be configured to pivot between a first position and a second position. The work surface is configured to cover a protected member when in a first position and the work surface is configured to uncover the protected member when moved into a second position. The base is configured to support the work surface on a floor surface. A height of the work surface can be adjusted to accommodate the ergonomic needs of different users.
COLLABORATIVE WORKSTATION SYSTEM WITH INTERCHANGEABLE MOBILE WORKSTATIONS
A collaborative mobile workstation system enables users of the workstations to position and reposition their own workstation in a few minutes or less, without requiring substantial disassembly and reassembly. The system enables arrangements that promote collaboration but that can also include open workstations and semi-private workstation formations with four or more substantive walls around a work surface. Each of the mobile workstations within the system is interchangeable with one another.
Connector hub and modular work system
A connector hub assembly usable as a standalone module or as a component in a work space system. The connector hub assembly optionally includes features for connecting one or more arms of a support frame for supporting a modular workspace system including desk space, cabinet space, view screens, electronic equipment, and/or other workspace system components.
MODULAR COUNTER SYSTEM AND METHOD
Customer service counters with specialized equipment may be used in airports and other settings. Counters in an airport may be used, for example, for ticketing, check-in, and baggage drop off services. Some aspects of the disclosure provide a modular counter system including a counter comprising at least one counter section. Each counter section includes a respective upper panel comprising a respective work surface, and a respective equipment pedestal bay, below the upper panel, for receiving one or more respective portable equipment pedestals therein. The system may further include the one or more respective portable equipment pedestals for each counter section. Each portable equipment pedestal is receivable within the corresponding equipment pedestal bay. The portable equipment pedestals may be configured for a particular user and/or service and may be swapped with one or more other pedestals configured for a different user and/or service.
