MOTORIZED EXTENDABLE TABLE
20190320790 · 2019-10-24 ·

A motorized extendable table having a tabletop assembly, first and second extension assemblies, a frame assembly, first and second extension frame assemblies, a motor housing, a computer assembly, a motor assembly, and a base assembly. In operation, the motor assembly moves the extension frame assemblies from a retracted to an extended configuration. Before reaching a fully extended configuration, the extension assemblies are raised to a same plane as that of the tabletop assembly. To go from the extended to the retracted configuration, the motor assembly moves the system in an opposite direction, moving the extension frame assemblies down and back onto a lower plane. Extension frame assemblies continue moving back until the fully retracted configuration is reached.

Desking arrangement

A work bench includes a work surface with a spline assembly supported adjacent work surface. The spline assembly includes a longitudinally extended spline body and a longitudinally extended raceway cover. The spline body has an upper portion and two side arms extending downwardly from the upper portion. The spline body defines a channel for carrying a power track between the two side arms. The raceway cover is configured to attach to the two side arms of the spline body below the power track, and defines a raceway for carrying cables underneath the spline body.

Table Apparatus and Method

Some implementations of a table system can include a protective member that is positionable below a table to provide protection to both a table and chairs. The protective member can extend lateral beyond a peripheral edge of the table top, for example, to protect the table and accessory furniture while allowing the table top and the peripheral edge of the table top to remain exposed.

CONDUCTIVE SHEETS TO DISCHARGE NON-CONDUCTIVE SURFACES

In some examples, a system comprises a non-conductive layer; a conductive sheet positioned on an area of the non-conductive layer; a non-conductive surface in contact with the conductive sheet; a safety enclosure positioned on the non-conductive surface and configured to contain a high-voltage device; a ground connection coupling to the conductive sheet and extending through the non-conductive layer; and a coupling member to couple together the non-conductive layer, the conductive sheet, the non -conductive surface, and the safety enclosure.

ITEM OF FURNITURE

The present invention relates to an item of furniture, comprising lateral elements which form a carcass, a top element and/or bottom element and/or a seat base, wherein the item of furniture comprises at least one securing mechanism for securing the item of furniture to a bottom element or a wall element, wherein the securing mechanism has magnetic properties.

Leg supports for portable voting booth

A portable voting booth that includes a table having a top surface and a bottom surface, a plurality of legs configured to support the table, and a plurality of leg supports attached to the table and configured to stabilize the legs during use of the voting booth. In some embodiments, the leg supports are movable from an open position to a closed position in which the leg supports are immovably secured to the table for storage. Preferably, the leg supports are disengaged from the legs and generally flush with the bottom surface of the table when the leg supports are in the closed storage position.

DAMPENED GRAVITY RETRACTOR
20190166707 · 2019-05-30 · ·

A cable retractor enclosure having a weighted cable pulley and cable pulley guide rails. The cable pulley is rotatable about a pivot and configured to translate along grooves when a cable wrapped underneath is extracted from the cable retractor enclosure. The cable extends outside of the retractor enclosure from its upper end and provides a cable end plug that sits within a retractor module insert. Weights may be attached to the cable pulley in order to leverage gravitational forces, which result in a bias causing the cable to retract back into the enclosure. Friction forces against the extracted cable can be used to prevent the gravitational bias the cable pulley exerts (retraction forces) on the cable by bending the cable to lay flat onto a table surface.

POWERED SIT-STAND DESK

Sit-stand desk, such as conversion desks, provide a convenient option for desk work by users who desire the option to selectively sit or stand. Often, the vertical distance between a keyboard and monitor differs when in the sitting configuration versus the standing configuration. A sit-stand desk provided herein allows for a user to transition between a sitting configuration and a standing configuration with a single lifting mechanism with a programmable distance variation between the keyboard and monitor. Accordingly, a user may transition between the sitting configuration and the standing configuration without requiring readjustment of the relative distance between the monitor and keyboard.
