Pusher Centrifuge
A pusher centrifuge includes a rotatable filter drum having a drum body and a piston that are configured to be reciprocated axially relative to one another, a filter drum drive shaft rigidly connected to the filter drum, a hydraulic push mechanism for generating an axial oscillating push force and connected to the filter drum so as to cause the relative reciprocating movement between the piston and the drum body, a hydraulic pump including a pump input shaft and is in fluid connection with the hydraulic push mechanism, and a drive motor including at least one output shaft connected to the pump input shaft and the filter drum drive shaft to actuate both the pump input shaft and the filter drum drive shaft. The at least one output shaft of the drive motor is connected to the pump input shaft in a manner without an intervening gearbox, thereby forming a direct drive.
Centrifuge with a feed device comprising a feed direction control and method of loading a centrifuge with a feed device comprising a feed direction control
Pusher centrifuges having screen drums rotatable about axes of rotation are used for separating a mixture into solid cake and into liquid phase. Pusher centrifuges may further have pusher bases arranged in the screen drums and arranged to be movable to and fro alternately in a first pushing direction and a second pushing direction along the axis of rotation that are used in order for the solid cake to be alternately displaced along the axis of rotation. The mixture is introduced into a first empty space or into a second empty space using a feed device. The first empty space is established on a displacement of the solid cake by the pusher base in the first pushing direction and the second empty space is established on a displacement of the solid cake by the pusher base in the pushing direction opposite to the first pushing direction.

SEALING ASSEMBLY FOR CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR AND CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR HAVING THE SAME
The present invention provides a seal assembly for use in a centrifugal compressor and a centrifugal compressor having same. The centrifugal compressor comprises an impeller and a housing, wherein the impeller comprises a gimbal, provided on the back of the impeller, having an inner diameter and an outer diameter; and the seal assembly for use in a centrifugal compressor comprises a sealing section, the sealing section comprising a sealing tooth formed on the impeller and a sealing ring provided on the housing, wherein an elastic part is provided on a contact surface of the sealing ring with the sealing tooth. According to the seal assembly of the present invention, the sealing clearance between the sealing ring and the sealing tooth is effectively reduced by way of multiple sets of sealing sections and the elastic parts provided therebetween.
Pressurizing centrifugal dehydrator
A pressurizing centrifugal dehydrator for removing moisture according to the present disclosure includes: an inner basket into which slurry is introduced; an outer basket surrounding the inner basket; a blocking barrier disposed in the outer basket; and a gas supplying portion for supplying gas into the inner basket and/or the outer basket, wherein a dehydration product is positioned between an outer circumference of the blocking barrier and an inner side of the outer basket to maintain airtightness of the outer basket.

Double-action pusher centrifuge and pusher base device
A double-action pusher centrifuge separates a mixture into solid cake and liquid. The pusher centrifuge includes a screen drum rotatable about an axis and in which a pusher base device is arranged to be movable along the axis of rotation. The solid cake is displaced by an outer ring region of the pusher base device. A plurality of axial passage openings are disposed in the outer ring region and connect front and rear regions of the screen drum. A feed unit is arranged at an inflow disk such that the mixture can be introduced via the feed unit and the inflow disk into empty space on the screen drum on displacement of the solid cake. An inflow gap applies the mixture into the empty space, and is between an inflow edge of the inflow disk and a pusher base plate of the pusher base device with an inflow region.
