The present invention relates to an improved height adjustable table which can assist and motivate the user to use the height adjustable table in a manner which increases health, calorie burn and well-being. This is done by logging how long the table has been in a standing and/or sitting range. The log can be used to calculate the calories burned during use. In another embodiment the log can be used to remind the user of the table to change position during the use of the table.

The present invention is a personalized desktop organizer, which helps users select and optimally arrange desktop organizers on desks. The core components of the invention are a desktop organizer, temporary fasteners, and overlays for different office implements, which, generally speaking, are configured as follows: the dimensions of the desktop organizers are whole multiples of each other, ensuring alignment when brought to close proximity of each other; the temporary fasteners are preferably magnets and located on the outer sides of the desktop organizers such that they align with one another; and, a set of overlays, one for each type of office organizer, fitting over the top of the desktop organizer. A bracket configured to selectively couple an accessory to a piece of furniture, where the bracket includes a backing plate including a pair of longitudinally extending opposed side rails and a rack having a plurality of teeth, the teeth extending between the pair of opposed side rails. A stationary clamping platform is fixedly coupled to the backing plate, where the accessory is supported by the stationary clamping platform. A moveable clamping platform has a clamping surface oriented parallel to the clamping surface of the stationary clamping platform, where the moveable clamping platform is coupled to the opposed side rails to be selectively moveable along the backplate. A locking mechanism is supported by the moveable clamping platform and is rotatable relative to the moveable clamping platform, where the locking mechanism includes a plurality of teeth configured to selectively meshingly engage with the rack.

A utility heating table cabinet includes a main body, which has a tabletop.
