DUST SEPARATION APPARATUS AND INTELLIGENT CONTROL SYSTEM INCLUDING THE APPARATUS
The dust separation apparatus includes a dust intake unit including a blower, an inertial separation unit, a centrifugal separation unit, and a filtering separation unit. The dust intake unit, the inertial separation unit, the centrifugal separation unit, and the filtering separation unit are sequentially connected in series and together form a horizontal structure. The inertial separation unit and the centrifugal separation unit are connected in a horizontal-axis direction to form an inertial and centrifugal separation unit. A dust collection box is provided below and connected to the inertial and centrifugal separation unit. The filtering separation unit includes a dust collection barrel. The intelligent control system includes the dust separation apparatus and an intelligent control unit.
Cyclonic fugitive dust sampler
A dust sampling system including a dust sampler and a vehicle on which the dust sampler is placed. The dust sampler has a suction unit, a cyclone, a dust collection container, and an air intake conduit. The suction unit draws in air containing dust particles. The cyclone centrifugally separates the dust particles from the drawn-in air. The cyclone has an air input port, a particle discharge end, and an air output port connected to the suction unit. A dust collection container is positioned underneath the cyclone to receive the separated dust particles from the cyclone. The air intake conduit has an air inlet and an air outlet connected to the air input port of the cyclone. The suction unit draws in the air containing the dust particles into the air inlet of the air intake conduit while the vehicle moves to collect samples of fugitive dust from a road.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARTUS
A surface cleaning apparatus such as an extractor has a fluid flow path extending from a dirty fluid inlet head to a clean air outlet. The fluid flow path upstream of the separation stage comprises a removable portion.
Tangential air cleaner with coiled filter cartridge
Filtration systems having a tangential air cleaner having a coiled media filter element and a cyclonic pre-cleaner are described. An outer wall of the filter element acts as a pre-cleaner sleeve of the housing to generate a cyclonic flow of the intake air prior to the intake air being filtered by the filter element. The housing cover includes geometry that redirects the cyclonic low from a tangential path to an axial, straight-through flow directed through an inlet flow face of the filter element. Various embodiments of such filtration systems offer increased filter performance and capacity compared to similarly sized cylindrical pleated filter elements having a radial flow filtering path.
Ventilation module for a rail vehicle
A ventilation module for a rail vehicle contains a housing having an air inlet, an air outlet, a dust discharge opening, a first cleaning station in an upper region of the housing, a cyclone separator which has a dust outlet and a cyclone air outlet. A second cleaning stage is disposed in a central region of the housing, which is arranged underneath the first cleaning stage such that air from the cyclone air outlet can reach the second cleaning stage. A dust discharge channel is connected to the dust outlet and is arranged in the central region. A dust discharge fan is set up to extract air and dust from the dust discharge channel and to remove the same through the dust discharge opening. A machine room fan is arranged in a lower region of the housing and is set up to extract air through the second cleaning station.
CLEANER
A cleaner comprising: a housing having the shape of a hollow cylinder, a barrier for dividing the inner space of the housing into an upper space and a lower space; a barrier through-hole provided so as to penetrate the barrier; an intake portion provided on the circumferential surface of the housing; an exhaust portion provided to penetrate the housing; a housing discharge port penetrating the bottom surface of the housing; a cover for closing the housing discharge port; an alien-substance separating portion provided in the lower space so as to provide a channel that guides air introduced to the intake portion to the barrier through-hole; a fan provided to comprise an impeller positioned in the upper space; a rotating shaft to which the impeller is fixed, and a motor for rotating the rotating shaft; and a storage portion provided to be attachable to/detachable from the housing.
HYDRAULIC FLUID TANK ARRANGEMENT
A hydraulic fluid tank arrangement for a working machine is provided, the arrangement including a hydraulic fluid tank; an inlet portion for receiving hydraulic fluid into the hydraulic fluid tank; and an oil filter arranged in fluid communication with the inlet portion; wherein the hydraulic fluid tank arrangement further includes a gas removal device arranged in fluid communication with the oil filter downstream the inlet portion and upstream the oil filter for removing gas from the hydraulic fluid before the hydraulic fluid reaches the oil filter. A method for removing gas from hydraulic fluid contained in a hydraulic fluid tank arrangement is also provided.
Cyclonic dust filter device
A cyclonic dust filter device comprises a trunk, at least one first retaining wall, and at least one second retaining wall. The trunk comprises a channel, an air inlet end and an air outlet end disposed at two ends of the channel, and a dust filter hole communicating with the channel. The first and second retaining walls are respectively disposed correspondingly to the dust filter hole. When a dust-containing airflow to-be-filtered enters the channel from the air inlet end, the dust-containing airflow forms a centrifugal airflow that contains the dust and is thrown out of the channel at a position of the dust filter hole. The first and second retaining walls are respectively disposed on a traveling path of the centrifugal airflow, so that the centrifugal airflow sequentially strikes the first and second retaining walls to change the traveling direction and then discharges dust free clean air.
POOL CLEANER POWER COUPLING
Exemplary embodiments are directed to pool cleaners that remove debris from water using a plurality of cyclonic flows, or that include a removable impeller subassembly, a check valve for a debris canister, a particle separator assembly having a handle that locks to the pool cleaner, a modular roller drive gear box, or a roller latch that secures a roller to the pool cleaner. Exemplary embodiments are also directed to the check valve and the roller latch themselves. Exemplary embodiments are directed to a filter medium for pool cleaners that includes embossments providing flow channels for water, and to roller assemblies for pool cleaners. Exemplary embodiments are directed to pool cleaners including alternative pump motor engagements. Exemplary embodiments are directed to pool cleaners power supplies that include a potted and contoured power board assembly, and to kickstands therefor. Exemplary embodiments are directed to a pool cleaner caddy, and removable wheels therefor.
DUST COLLECTOR WITH CONVENIENT LOADING AND UNLOADING DUST COLLECTING BARREL
A dust collector with convenient loading and unloading dust collecting barrel includes a base plate fixed on an outer periphery of a bottom of an air guide cylinder, an operation unit whose end is pivotally arranged on the base plate, linking members disposed on said operation unit and connected to a dust collecting barrel lid located under the air guide tube. Accordingly, when a user lifts up the operation unit, the linking members move the dust collecting barrel lid upwards. The upward movement separates the dust collecting barrel lid from the dust collecting barrel, so the dust collecting barrel is easily detached. The action of swinging the operation unit swings down allows the linking members to move the dust collecting barrel lid downwards, so the dust collecting barrel lid closes the dust collecting barrel. Therefore, the user loads and unloads the dust collecting barrel quickly and conveniently.
