Cyclonic air treatment member and surface cleaning apparatus including the same
A surface cleaning apparatus comprising a first cyclonic cleaning stage having a first cyclone chamber and a first dirt collection chamber external to the first cyclone chamber. The first cyclone chamber has a cyclone first end, an opposed cyclone second end, a cyclone sidewall extending between the cyclone first end and the cyclone second end, a cyclone air inlet, a cyclone air outlet, a cyclone dirt outlet in communication with the first dirt collection chamber and a cyclone longitudinal axis extending from the cyclone first end to the cyclone second end. The dirt outlet comprises a plurality of apertures.
APPARATUS AND METHOD TO CLEAN PARTICLE LOADED FLUID USING LOW ENERGY MULTI-FLOW SPLITTER TECHNOLOGY REQUIRING NO FILTER MEDIA
The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of cleaning particle loaded “dirty” air using a multi flow-splitter technology in combination with at least one cyclone system which requires minimal energy to operate due to low pressure drops used to generate the fluid flows whilst allowing to exert high centrifugal or G-Force on the infeed fluid stream. This further allows to operate the particle removal process such that conventional additional filter media become optional, such that the technology may operate a significantly reduced or even without the need for maintenance and/or repair. Low internal air turbulence ensures a very high separation efficiency. Optionally adding additional explosion safe low-energy down-stream filtration stages with variable speed system fan provides optimal operational performance and operational flexibility.
Water treatment system and method
The invention in at least one embodiment includes a system for treating water having an intake module, a vortex module, a disk-pack module, and a motor module where the intake module is above the vortex module, which is above the disk-pack module and the motor module. In a further embodiment, a housing is provided over at least the intake module and the vortex module and sits above the disk-pack module. In at least one further embodiment, the disk-pack module includes a disk-pack turbine having a plurality of disks having at least one waveform present on at least one of the disks.
Surface cleaning apparatus, cyclonic air treatment member and surface cleaning apparatus including the same
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises an air treatment member having an air treatment chamber. A moveable member is positioned in the air treatment chamber. A driving assembly is drivingly connected to the moveable member wherein an end wall of the air treatment chamber is openable in response to the moveable member being longitudinally translated through at least the portion of the air treatment chamber.
Hydro excavation vacuum apparatus and fluid storage and supply systems thereof
Hydro excavation vacuum apparatus that process spoil material onboard the apparatus by separating water from the cut earthen material.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS TO REMOVE CARBON-14 FROM CARBON-DIOXIDE IN ATMOSPHERIC GASES AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS GROWN IN CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS
This invention relates to a process and apparatus for growing agricultural products with a reduced abundance of radioactive carbon-14 (.sup.14C) by employing centrifugal separation of atmospheric gases to selectively remove carbon dioxide (CO.sub.2) with .sup.14C. Agricultural products with reduced .sup.14C content can be grown in controlled environments with filtered atmospheric gases for the benefit of reducing harmful damage to human DNA that is unavoidable with our current food chain, due to the natural abundance of .sup.14C in atmospheric gases. Bilateral and unilateral compression helikon vortex apparatus provide efficient and economical removal of CO.sub.2 with .sup.14C from atmospheric gases with a single filtration pass, which is ideally suited for large scale agricultural production.
Method for collecting dust from single crystal growth system and dust collecting system thereof
A dust collecting system for single crystal growth system includes an air compressor, a dust collecting device, a first inert gas source, a rotary pump and a scrubber. The air compressor is fluidly connected to an exit pipe of the single crystal growth system. The exit pipe is used to exhaust unstable dust from the single crystal growth system. The dust collecting device is fluidly connecting to the exit pipe to collect the dust oxide. The first inert gas source is fluidly connected to the exit pipe to blow a first inert gas into the exit pipe to compel the dust oxide toward the dust collecting device. The rotary pump is fluidly connected to the dust collecting device. The scrubber is fluidly connected to the rotary pump. The rotary pump transports the residual dust oxide toward the scrubber. The present disclosure further provides a method for collecting dust.
Dust collecting device using multi-cyclone dust filtration
A dust collecting device using multi-cyclone dust filtration includes a dust collecting chamber, cyclone chamber and airflow guiding component. The dust collecting chamber communicates with the cyclone chamber having an intake port for a gas to be filtered, an annular side wall connected to intake port and guiding gas to be filtered to form a first cyclone, an engaging port communicated with dust collecting chamber and allowing first cyclone to enter dust collecting chamber, and an exhaust port. The airflow guiding component within cyclone chamber is provided with a return flow tube receiving the returned gas to be filtered and forming a second cyclone, an airflow guiding bonnet separated from return flow tube, and a dust filtration channel between airflow guiding bonnet and return flow tube. The second cyclone flows toward the exhaust port, and enables dust therein to enter cyclone chamber again, as passing by dust filtration channel.
CYCLONIC AIR TREATMENT MEMBER AND SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A surface cleaning apparatus comprising an upstream air treatment stage and a downstream air treatment stage, which is positioned rearward of the upstream air treatment member. The upstream air treatment stage comprises an openable portion which is moveable between a closed position and an open position by a mount that is provided on the downstream air treatment stage
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS, CYCLONIC AIR TREATMENT MEMBER AND SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A vacuum cleaner having a cyclone chamber comprising a cyclone air inlet, a cyclone air outlet, a cyclone axis of rotation, an axially extending cyclone chamber sidewall extending between first and second axially opposed ends. The cyclone chamber sidewall has a first sidewall portion that is axially moveably mounted with respect to a second sidewall portion of the cyclone chamber sidewall between a closed position in which the cyclone chamber is closed and an open position in which the cyclone chamber is opened.
