The forming unit includes an inlet for the extraction target, which communicates with the separation chamber, and an outlet for the extraction target, which communicates with the separation chamber, and the air is sucked from the outlet into the separation chamber by suction of the suction unit.

Wastewater treatment system and method

Disclosed is a system and method for treating municipal and sanitary wastewater that uses only mechanical devices and processes, which eliminates biological processes and settling tanks. The system includes a three-output Richter-type separator that separates wastewater into three fluid streams according to the specific gravity of the solids within the fluid streams. The lighter-than-water and heavier-than-water solids streams are combined and the resultant sludge is mechanically dewatered without intermediary biological-process systems or sedimentation. The partially-clarified water component can be directly filtered by a membrane filter and optionally optically or chemically disinfected for reuse or disposal. The system advantageously simplifies municipal and sanitary wastewater treatment eliminating traditional primary and secondary treatment stages, and significantly reducing the system's operational footprint. The system and method can be scaled to very large municipal systems.

Method and Apparatus for separating organics from a contaminated organics-inorganics waste stream

An improved process and apparatus for separating organics and inorganics from waste material with a specific object of preparing the separated organic fraction for the production of biogas or other methods for diverting organics from landfills. Waste material, such as municipal solid waste or source-separated organic waste (SSO), is subjected to a first separation treatment that separates organic and inorganic waste components. The apparatus includes a hopper to receive contaminated organic waste from different sources, a vertical separator that separates the inorganics from the organics by creating a vortex effect in a stationary filtration drum by which the solid contaminants (paper, plastic, metals) are blown in a spiral pattern upwards and removed from the top, while the organic fraction is removed from the bottom.

Such apparatus is improved through novel methods to reduce or eliminate blockages and their associated downtime, and to increase the efficiency of the separation process.

A cleaner is provided. The cleaner includes a suction head, a dust collector connected to the suction head, and a fan motor provided to generate a suction force inside the dust collector, wherein the dust collector comprises a housing having an inlet and an outlet, a fixed body arranged inside the housing, and a rotating body rotatably provided between the housing and the fixed body.

Separator for removing dirt particles from an airflow

A separator for removing dirt particles from an airflow, the separator comprising a first separation stage having an impeller, and a second separation stage having one or more cyclone bodies arranged in parallel, the first separation stage being upstream of the second separation stage. The impeller generates the airflow through the separator and concentrates the dirt particles within the airflow to produce a clean portion and a dirty portion of airflow, and wherein only the dirty portion of airflow is passed through the second separation stage.
